Reason number 100 not to go with 3 Three. 2 years after leaving them they start taking a direct debit from you and when you phone up the line drops! @ThreeUK refund now please. I'll stick with a network i can trust - @O2

@Random_Robbie @ThreeUK Steer well clear of @ThreeUK you will have poor service, @ThreeUKSupport will repeatedly lie to you and there’s a good chance you’ll be overcharged. I had to resort to Data Protection legislation to get anything in writing. Go with #Giffgaff as they’re cheaper & rolling 30 day.

@ThreeUKSupport 18th November. Been charged early termination fee which I shouldn’t have been. Haven’t been sent a final bill but have asked 3 times. Horrific customer service.
