@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport Speed is still very poor nearly a week later. Around 10Mbps down (used to be 20-30) and only 1Mbps up (used to be about 20). Router reports same signal strength and same band (3) as before.

  • DJKennyJaymes Kenny Jaymes (@DJKennyJaymes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kim. After being a 3 customer for more years than I should have been, I have learnt all the tricks. All devices hard reboot, on iPhone, reset network connections, tried just 3g, 4g, & 5g - nothing works. The issue is your signal. Too many customers not & enough capacity.

  • northern_grumpy GrumpyNorthernGeezer (@northern_grumpy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @JaszerP …hundreds of technically competent users who have spent hours troubleshooting this device. The upshot is that it is not fit for purpose. My experience is that it runs at 0.5 mbps to 7 mbps at best. 3 technical support are clueless. After 15 years with 3, I ready to leave.

  • GreyWolfDesignz Alex 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 (@GreyWolfDesignz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried the automated number, all I want to do is talk to a human being to discuss the issue - being told I've been sent a text with a link is counter productive, what option do I need to talk to someone?

  • GreyWolfDesignz Alex 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 (@GreyWolfDesignz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport However trying to get though to CS as well is impossible as it Option 1 to 5 then you just get a text which doesn't help as it just leads you back to web chat which I had a poor experience with the web chat team earlier

  • ZombieRodeo Zombie Rodeo (@ZombieRodeo) reported

@ThreeUK I’ve been a loyal customer of yours for years but found your network to be absolute trash where I live, so transferred to @EE, when I started the number transfer I was told online that I have no early termination fees to pay…

  • NonVaxxedLegend Valder (@NonVaxxedLegend) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Long time customer. Came into work today and there was no connection, checked the router and that's the message displayed. I've restarted and rest the router, but no luck.

@ThreeUKSupport @JaszerP Hey Jaszer…you are amongst a growing band of dissatisfied 3 customers experiencing slow or non existent internet speeds. If you are connecting via a Huawei 4G hub, then forget it. This device is obviously incompatible with the 3 network. A quick search of forums reveal ….
