  @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  @ThreeUKSupport @johnoceallaigh My daughter having the same problem. She is unable to call us (she and we are in the UK) & this is a big problem as she calls us when walking home to feel safe - it is urgent this is sorted out.

  to pay a bill with @ThreeUK my call was answered and actioned, within 2 mins. To cancel a seperate account i no longer need, i have been on hold so far for 57mins. A bit short sighted I think.

  @ThreeUK Nottingham City wide. NG1 to NG11 Galaxy s10. You used to have to best data signal in the city. Now there are too many areas where I'm unable to get a data signal even though it still says 4g or 4g+
