@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport Nope not working can’t get any straight answers from anyone in regards to this, it’s made the whole experience pretty awful, now left with two Apple Watches and no service plan but still paying for it

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Can u please join #ThreeSweden & consider making all calls and texts to Iran free of charge as the internet in Iran is cut down by the government to suppress the ongoing protests? Many Iranians can not talk to their families. #Mahsa_Amini #OpIran

@matthew_darcy @ThreeUK I'm pretty happy with @1pMobile (who use EE's network, which means I have WiFi calling at home). My only complaint is that I wish they offered MFA on their account management portal, given they don't have physical stores to do ID checks at.

@ThreeUKSupport No they just said they don’t think it’s possible to change it to the new Watch but now it won’t appear on my old one either, just tried seeing that one back up and get the same message, I don’t want to be paying for this service if I now can’t use it

@ThreeUKSupport Now the the Three Home Signal has been switched off, I can barely get a 3G signal (one bar if I’m lucky)! How can I get it restored as I can’t rely on wifi for making calls?

Allan Wright
(@allanwphoto) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Looking to cancel my 4G broadband early as have had 3G only service at home for several months now due to local mast issues - also with one bar coverage. When 4G worked it was over 70Mb and three bars. How do I cancel? I use for business and can’t rely on it now.

@ThreeUKSupport Lol so if you need to change payment method for a phone you can’t use because you blocked you can’t? How is that “good customer service?”

@ThreeUKSupport Hayley, your missing the point, I’ve been a customer for 15 years, surely that rule shouldn’t apply here, and I certainly was never made aware of this, which is odd considering I spend a quarter of the year overseas _ which you would have obviously seen that when 👀 at my account

@ThreeUKSupport @irwinmitchell I've also been a Three customer for literally more than half of my entire life. And I'm seriously looking to move BOTH of my numbers to Tesco Mobile because of this.

Just been told by @ThreeUK to turn off my 4G and resort to 3G for 7 DAYS. Apparently there’s an issue with a mast on someone’s land and they need permission to go and fix it. :(
