@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • Craig_hall_93
Craig Hall (@Craig_hall_93) reported from Ashford, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK what’s going on with the network? I can go on my internet and make texts, receive texts and calls but I can’t seem to make calls !

  • basherdrummer
Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Dymchurch, England

@ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

  • SRIPRAKASH76
PRAKASH NAYAK (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported from Folkestone, England

@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

  • durgut_arda1
    ARDA BATIKAN DURGUT (@durgut_arda1) reported

I use @ThreeUK in London, but the internet is practically non-existent... The signal is zero, the speed is terrible. This experience is truly unacceptable in 2026. 🙃 Am I the only one experiencing this problem? @ThreeUKSupport

  • RichEIREjonesy
    Richie Jay (@RichEIREjonesy) reported

@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK I’m on contract but I’ve seen it drop out to 3g up the hills but never in town

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

  • GregQuinnAodhan
    Greg Quinn (@GregQuinnAodhan) reported

One day @ThreeUK will provide a decent service in Aberdeenshire. Instead they focus on getting their call centres to call me and try to sell stuff when I keep telling them not to call me. #rubbishmobile

  • AcgbPetrus
    Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported

@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.

  • JohnF74683580
    John F (@JohnF74683580) reported

@ThreeUK any issues in Coventry CV2 area ? The whole network is down

  • ryanbridgewater
    Ryan Bridgewater (@ryanbridgewater) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Im having terible issues with call centres on my device. There seems to be a delay on the line which makes conversations very hard to have

  • Hannah_Penn
    Hannah Penn (@Hannah_Penn) reported

@threeuk Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. I will NOT be paying. Sort it out.

  • MarkChappe93649
    Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported

@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
