@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUK I thought that your customer service was more careful and attentive towards its customers. It´s a shame that I can´t get reasonable assistance whilst away from the UK. Need to consider changing Network provider, once I´m back in the UK.

@ThreeUKSupport Displayed signal ranges from full bars to 1/4, but that’s no indication of whether I’ll actually have any internet. Often I can’t get a ping on four bars, or it’ll be grindingly slow (like, dial-up slow sometimes)

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK confused as to why a large company like yourselves requires me to go Apple and BUY a replacement phone, for a warranty issue assessed by Apple as needing replaced under consumer law, instead of replacing the phone yourself?

@ThreeUKSupport Happens wherever I go. It's a real problem for me now. I have restarted multiple times a day and nothing changes. I keep having to go to What's Ap to call people back.

@ThreeUKSupport Still terribly poor 4G home broadband internet speeds in the CF5 area. I've received a text saying all is fixed but still not getting more than 1.5mbps. This is affecting my work and £5 reduction to the bill doesn't mean anything to me when there's no end in sight

@ThreeUKSupport did that but it is still the same - its only really this street i am having the problem. Epsom town is fine

Terrible experience with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Sold a mobile SIM and 4G Hub to cover the period after we moved house, but not told I'd have to cancel the contract on the day I took it out to avoid having to pay for two months use. Had our phones with them for years too.

@therichpthomas @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Surely there’s some get out clause if they’re not providing a useable service?
