@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

My lovely @ThreeUK I now have a fabulous 5G signal at home. Any idea when I’ll be able to order 5G broadband? Contract with @Sky is nearly up. Goodbye pointless landline rental. Hello 5 times my current speed.

@jamesbrobinson @OliverJHaslam @ThreeUKSupport This is interesting as we haven’t seen this at all! Works fine on “3’s 5G network”

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you. I can confirm it worked fine when I was on the Three network; however, whilst connected via my Three HomeSignal, it doesn’t. Not a big deal for me since I’ll be on wifi here, but is this something that will get fixed in a firmware update to HomeSignal?

@ThreeUK Not been able to get 5g or more than 2 bars of phone signal for nearly 3 months since i switched to three, is this going to be resolved?

@ThreeUK Your service is very misleading and being offered a new deal with no upfront cost because my handset is faulty was great until I was hit with my end of contract amount even after I had explicitly told the advisor that I could not afford ANY upfront fee! Angry customer!

@ThreeUK Still can’t support esims which you need for Apple Watch cellular

@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Can you confirm when I request and used the STAC code , my Three account will get closed . The Three Customer Service on the phone said using the Stac code won’t cancel my contract, it is simply transfer the details to my new provider.

@ThreeUKSupport My SIM with other provider is still active as receiving signal...clearly you've not ported the number as you said you would!
