@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

I sent one message to a friend in Canada this month. With SMS characters at 160 per SMS, I needed to use the equivalent of 5. 160 X 5. 65p per SMS. Total £3.25. That is just awful. & MNOs over the years have taken away their international text add-ons. @ThreeUK

@ThreeUK your service is totally unacceptable we have been without phone network and internet connection for three days and today I’ve been told seven yes seven more days at least until it is fixed and apparently that’s urgent! As a small business this is unacceptable!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport spoke to customer services yesterday after 30 minutes wait to be told roaming messages would stop and had plenty of data left to use. Now billed extra £4 and getting messages still. Time to #leavethreemobile

@ThreeUKSupport It’s unbelievable that you say that you don’t know what the delay is - it incompetence! A company like yours unable to fix a simple problem and send me the letters I need for my insurance. You need to compensate me!
