    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    Just on the phone to @ThreeUK (20 mins) to cancel my contract because of awful reception. Call handler avoided the contract cancel request and put me through to someone to help with reception issues, he then hung up on me. Seemingly you can't cancel your contract with 3 😱

    @ThreeUKSupport So whats the deal with the network at IV30? 4 days now, my data speeds (if any at all) is a joke. You really need to start offering roaming for free.

    THEN when I speak to customer service they say they can offer me £40 credit to help as they understand I have been “inconvenienced” for them to three say actually no they can’t do that just pay the £127 right now or risk it going up @ThreeUK

    Spent days waiting for the transfer we were told was confirmed and would be completed in 24 hours and now told this is wrong. Please be wary if you are thinking of joining three network, when it’s good it’s fine when there’s an issue my god is it a hassle!! #threemobile #threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you reply to my earlier message? No 4G home broadband signal for 11 hours (3rd time in 3 weeks) No help. Says on your network checker making upgrades to system?? I’m unable to work remotely with this and is causing havoc to livelihood.
