@ThreeUK OMG AS A NEW CUSTOMER TO YOU GUYS (24 HOURS) YOU ARE TOTALLY FLIPPING AWESOME.

  • basherdrummer Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Dymchurch, England

@ThreeUKSupport I agreed to stay until the 18th then I’m afraid I’ll have to look elsewhere if I’ve no service.

  • basherdrummer Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Folkestone, England

@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  • SRIPRAKASH76 PRAKASH NAYAK (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported from Folkestone, England

@vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

  • markgosy Mark Gostling (@markgosy) reported from Kennington, England

@ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

  • OrkBoss Steve Herring (@OrkBoss) reported from Ashford, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ArmouredGoat harry (@ArmouredGoat) reported

@ThreeUK is about to loose a lot of customers, U-turn on roaming charges, new customers and change of contract customers, so basically everyone at some point. The network is lousy and slow and the phone deals can be had with other providers chargable roaming humour.

  • a4ann Ann Cardus (she/her) (@a4ann) reported

So @ThreeUK you're ditching GoRoam. This is the reason we moved to your network years ago. I guess when the latest family contract is up in November there's no reason to stay. Shame, it's been good while it lasted but loyalty goes both ways.

  • Joeyboogey BigRomCFC (@Joeyboogey) reported

@ThreeUK this is actually a stupid move. This will only effect people who accidentally use their phone abroad, must people will just revert back to buying a local EU sim thus three losing money.

  • streboria Benjamin 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺 (@streboria) reported

@ThreeUK the main reason I have been a long-term Three customer is being able to use my data allowance outside of the UK without additional charges. Why should I pay extra to use what I’ve already paid for? When my contract ends I will be switching to @O2.

  • MarkBeerstar58 norman tunna (@MarkBeerstar58) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @Nbrasso No surprise Someone complaining about poor signal or no 4g

  • MXOFO Lee (@MXOFO) reported from Newburn, England

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

  • AndrewD1553 Andrew Douglas (@AndrewD1553) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I’m already out of contract so on a 30 day rolling term. Does that mean I’ll be charged for roaming 30 days after the effective date? If so, please let me know how I can transfer my number to a competitor network. Only been a customer since 2012 after all !

  • Sharmac77 scp-resist (@Sharmac77) reported

@Obey___ @LJordanMartin @ThreeUK I get it…just seems pretty pointless because it’s gonna be the same fir every network anyway.

  • Bigfootbull Ian Harrison (@Bigfootbull) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Very poor service in the CA14 1JX area. The CA15 seems back to normal today

  • ojcorbs OJ Corbishley (@ojcorbs) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @cupplement "The new charge ensures that customers are clear on what they will pay when using their phone in another country and only those who roam will pay for the service." - This is just nonsense then isn't it?
