    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUK in the US. Have an upgraded plan. Using a Pixel 6. Every phone call I try to make (yes I use the correct country code and drop the number) moves to "call ended" without connecting. I need a quick fix, now, please. I cannot work like this.

    @ThreeUK My network has been disconnected since Friday 3rd of April. I've had this number for more than 10 years. I'm told it's being investigated cos roaming call volume but this is a joke!! I can't receive calls or texts nothing!! Total let down :(

    @ThreeUK Unable to have a stable Internet on my phone for almost a week now. Can't make WhatsApp call, view updates on Facebook or watch tiktok. But after morethan 7 calls with 3 representatives and following their advice to reset network, restart phone, reset VPN. I am still struggling

    @ThreeUKSupport The reality is when I called in your rep tried to sell me a contract and didn't listen to my issue. Did not allow me to speak to a complaints team and basically, you lost a loyal cust because you didn't listen or action my requests. #avoidthreeUK #badservice #poornetworkcoverage

    @ThreeUKSupport @FieryBiscuitss Three are ok until you have an issue, then not so good, I went months with horrendous single, at times 0.1 mbps, left after it not being resolved, no compensation, paying 50 quid a month for a phone I could hardly use
