  @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

  @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

  If you live in north Shropshire don’t have a Moblie contract with @SMARTYMobileUK or @ThreeUK their network is overloaded they have no more capacity and there is no work planned to solve the problem @HelenMorganMP why do we have to put up with such a bad Moblie service

  @ThreeUK it’s time to say farewell after 15+ years. I just cannot deal with the poor service any longer. I’ve been patient but finally had enough. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter these days sadly. Any suggestions for different provider would be welcome. Thank you in advance🙏

  why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

  Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I had a saved voicemail that my dad left me on 16th Feb. He suffered a fatal heart attack on the 23rd Feb & yesterday I went to get the VM recorded but it has gone. Can you please help me get this message back? I felt like he had died all over again...💔
