@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport I have not been able to use my mobile data (which I have unlimited) since approx 10pm last night. Problem first happened in WC2N and has been an issue in SW6 since. My phone shows I have full bars / 4G. Please help

@ThreeUK Please tell your Live Chat support that a memorable word/place is not the same as a password, and if it isn't set tell me that specifically. They ask for a password which is very disconcerting and I worry less tech-savvy customers will provide their account details..
