    @ThreeUKSupport And as for the crash issues, each time it's been a white unresponsive screen requiring a forced restart. Since the phone went this shape.

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @vodafoneUK @ThreeUK When your Broadband is broken and your ISP doesn't fix it for days together and doesn't either inform you of an outage, you are left wondering if the company is suffering a hacking problem or ransonsomware issue or just neglect. Digital life can b challenging

    @ThreeUKSupport Part 3 : 2nd contact: they made a mistake change B as pay as you go. 3 rd contact: did nothing all failed. Although the local store said all issues solved. 4th contact: they changed A to B , I lost number A now. 5th contract: they say B can not change to A .

    What is wrong with your wifi calling @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK, i have a dual sim phone, works perfectly on EE, but Three i cant be heard, before u state like last time, if im having broadband problems no im not, its the same wherever i use wifi calling its terrible

    @sazzy @ThreeUK I’ve had a few of those in the last few weeks, in the same circumstances. Currys had by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with - just at the time you need it to be straightforward.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ta, they’ve been removed so back to no signal in centre of Lytham, eldest daughter has summer job there, no signal to contact me to pick her up after shift late at night, have had to get a giffgaff sim so now paying twice. Any chance I can end her contract early without penalty?

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, very poor reception in 0l16 area, 1 bar of signal, I changed my sim card for a new on your advice and it hasn't made 1 bit of difference, sometimes I get 3 bars, most of the time I get 1 or none, been told time and time again there is no issue, yet I cant

    I'd love to say thanks to both @O2 and @ThreeUK for both somehow managing to provide coverage so bad that it cannot manage the herculean task of loading Twitter messages while also launching a Zoom call. Cheers, prices keep going up for service that continues to get worse.
