@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

@ThreeUKSupport, I’ve just landed in Marbella and my phone has no service at all, my girlfriend is with O2 and she got service straight away. Please dm me so we can fix this issue. (I’ve got a old contract that allows world wide data roaming)

@ThreeUKSupport I cancelled it around May time. It would've gone to my old address as I moved so I wouldn't have a clue. Cancelled it through the app and didn't take my number with me. Also said I didn't have anything left to pay and 2 months down the line have had 2 payments come out.

@GeorgeMonbiot Same kind of issue with @ThreeUK as I was moving back to France. I did everything by the book except... confirming I still wanted to stop using the number I cancelled... The SIM card was in the boxes in a van. Threats to sue, collection company... I just blocked them all.

It's done! After 15 years of being with @ThreeUK, I've made the switch to @SkyUK because Sky provided fantastic customer service compared to the horrendous treatment I got from Three. Also, I'd prefer to pay £39 a month for a Samsung Galaxy S22 than the £61 a month 3 offered me.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been finding the signal in london really poor lately, plus I have found a cheaper and better deal on o2. If I switch to a cheaper plan on 3, I lose the roam abroad and that’s something I don’t want to lose unfortunately! Thanks!
