@ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

. @ThreeUK is the worst network going. Been months and months talking to support people trying to get my new contract on my current number. 4th attempt on the support chat today. Happily will take £67 off me since August though, even though I can't use any of my data etc

@ThreeUK had a 5g broadband contract for a month. Your router, MC801A, is slow and Wi-Fi coverage in house is bad. Tried friend’s Zyxel provided by you in my house and speed is 4 times faster and Wi-Fi excellent. Three support not interested in replacing.V poor customer service.

@JoolsBell55 @ThreeUK If that's the code to port your number to a new network, get a new handset and put the 3 sim in it to get the code, then give the code to your new provider. If 3 coverage is OK for you, Smarty use their network so coverage is the same. Smarty starts from £6 a month.
