    @ferret1979_1 @ThreeUKSupport Three sim only used to be exempt, they claim its to pay for the 5g network etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport No thank you, I tried many times b4 but the bottom line is you don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the 4G data traffic in central London - just concentrate on fixing the current major ‘no signal’ issue where I live that’s taking forever! TN290PG

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to get VAT receipts for my top ups as I use it for work. Everytime I'm told it will get sent in 24-48 hours and never does. I've already been charged by my bank for this

    @ThreeUKSupport No explanation, I've just been told over and over again it will take 24/48hrs. They keep adding credit to my account to say sorry but not helpful as I'm on furlough and not using the phone. They just say 'we can't fix what's happened in the past'

    @ThreeUKSupport They promised they will refunded me the full amount paid for the handsets, even though the iPhone 11 Pro Max was acquired LY. I been trying to contact the complaint department and they say this won’t happen, I requested then for the handset iPhone 11 Pro Max to be sent back!

    So I get screwed over for their error in January with 2 higher bills, 2 months in a row, for their error. To find out that another £25 has appeared on my bill for 2 weeks time is infuriating, I was expecting that to come out yday & slightly more in 2 weeks time. @ThreeUK FIX IT!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It was 7 years ago I’d imagine I did , I don’t even have the tablet any more ! It was also a very cheap one at the time? So why should I still be paying for it ? I’ve probably paid the price 7 times over! Surely three can see it isn’t being used ? Why have I never been contacted
