    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    @ThreeUKSupport So no service until Monday when a new sim will arrive & advised to use wattsapp in the meantime. Wow. Three have the right people on the line convincing people to stay, just not the same investment on the resolution team.

    @tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

    Hey @ThreeUK - Why can nobody ring me? Everything works fine from my end and I’ve no issues with signal or my phone but if someone tries ringing me? It won’t connect. Odd.

    @ThreeUKSupport Both my wife and myself are having some issues making and receiving calls today. Outgoing calls either take sound 10 secs to go through or not at all and on incoming calls the caller sometimes gets a message saying this number is not in use. S35 postcode area.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having purchased TWO sims unable to activate either. One having prepaid data allowance is not showing as credited to my account. Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

    @S10Blade @ThreeUK Still sod all network coverage here. Restarted phone twice now just to be sure. Not exactly filling me with hope for next few days when I’ll have no WiFi and was reliant on mobile actually doing what I pay them for!

    @matthewlawton @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just put my SIM in. No message about transferring tomorrow but one prompting if I want to transfer. When I click on that the earliest date it gives is Monday! Too late then as I’ll incur fees from old network 😡

    @ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎

    @S10Blade Sounds like same for me. Except I’ve no network coverage being found for @ThreeUK so I was reliant on router being on. Come tomorrow I won’t even have that so I hope to wake up to some clue why that’s failing on me too.

    @S10Blade @ThreeUK Powercuts at 10-1030pm though seems out of character. You’d expect earlier if it was a surge that did it. I’m more annoyed my 4G coverage seems to have dropped by 2 bars and yet no explanation from @ThreeUKSupport for this but I get txts saying issues when seemingly aren’t any

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete. We’re all on Three. So signal/service isn’t allowing us to connect properly, getting cut off over and over. I’m on the app now. If the signal was as good as the media engagement, there wouldn’t be any issues here.

    @ThreeUKSupport What’s really “great” is when you suffer 2 power cuts locally and realise you’ve lost all mobile services too. Why has my network coverage vanished & why did your service let me down when I needed it the most?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Do you know the pay as you go phone line doesn't work? It asks you to talk to a person or press 2 to continue with the top up but when you press 2 it takes you back to the main menu! You go around in circles and can never get to top up!

    @ThreeUKSupport This does not help. The query was I need to turn my voicemail on. I don’t need to check my voicemail, I have no voicemails. I need to turn it on after previously turning it off. I no I need to speak to an advisor todo. I cannot because your automated system doesn’t have a option
