    @ThreeUK Don't go on 3 especially if you're in Sheffield the coverage is horse shite even people on pay as you go Giff Gaff receive better coverage and customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport last two contacts with support included offering a follow up call about the mobile broadband issues everyone is having, didn't happen and a promise of "compensation when it's all over" but no indication of when the mobile broadband disaster will be over. Any idea?

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service to an 80 year pensioner. Who despite risking visiting a Three store, to be fobbed off they can’t help, numerous telephones from pensioner, and her daughter and son-in-law, emails to Three from son-in-law still be unable to cancel.

    @ThreeUKSupport we recently got the HUAWEI hub with Alexa wi fi . The problem is we are having trouble connecting to the internet tried resetting hub and devices , moving hub around and constantly struggling to get any internet although it says it’s good it isn’t check DM please

    @ThreeUKSupport @Faewik Raising prices like this in the midst of a cost of living crisis is a PR disaster. Offering to refund credit is a great move to counteract that. Refusing to refund as promised, or only refunding to the original card for the "great rates that never expire" is a huge fail.

    @ThreeUK has the worst signal out of any network I’ve seen, the 4G couldn’t penetrate a paper bag let alone a brick wall. Customer service is laughable but the joke stopped being funny years ago. Unlimited data is ultimately limited when you can’t get more than 1 bar in your gaff

All you need to do is set up a webpage on my3 where customers can enter a bank account to receive their refund. Why are you wasting customer and Three staff time on an easily automated process?

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing it just went to No Service and any troubleshooting I’ve done doesn’t work! The chat centre people said the phone number was disconnected but it shouldn’t be??? I really can’t wait 72 hours!!!
