@ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

@ThreeUKSupport Done that 5 days ago , he did two checks and said the system is fine . Would pass it on to engineer and took my number down for a call back which hasn't happened .

@ThreeUKSupport Fy78qt and it’s awful..... I will be leaving 3 if this isn’t sorted soon, home broadband and mobile contracts. 4g on phones is ok as expected but home is throttled completely it’s terrible
