@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport Doesn't really help. She doesn't want a new number, she wants to keep her number. Which nobody can find on the system to do anything with. And she can't top up the old number anyway because it errors when she tries. She can't register on the app without knowing the new number.

@ThreeUKSupport For anyone thinking of moving to Three don't bother. There is no way to contact them by phone and their app is useless. I'm registered on their app and cannot access my account as it says the password is incorrect. Requested a reset link which never arrives.

@ThreeUK My dealings w 3, trying to help a disabled neighbour get a sim only contract hv bn awful. Complaints dealt w via India. Pedantic, rule-laden. They say 'I understand' ...a lot - they don't. Hours n hours spent giving details, birthdates, spelling names over and over.

@daddies_sauce @ThreeUKSupport It won’t get any better for you! 3 is now the WORST network in the U.K. bar none! Their customer service based in India is also the worst as is technical support, I’m afraid to say you have made a dreadful mistake, return the phone use the 14 day cooling off period to escape!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I upgraded to a SIM-only deal but my phone was damaged in the changeover (I couldn’t get to a store until today to confirm this). It appears I am now on two contracts. Please can you cancel the second one ASAP. An advisor put me through to CS but no answer.
