    Hello @ThreeUKSupport , I was hoping someone might be able to help. Once upon a time three did a Wi-Fi calling app. Sadly I get no signal in my new house. Anything I can do via three to improve. My device is a Google Pixel 2.

    @craigcavyleader @ThreeUK This happened to me last year, I ended up paying for an additional service that I didn't ask for and they refused to refund me, the customer service is absolutely awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Charley, I'll give that a go. I am trying to reset my pw as I have no idea what it is. Usually I just get the screen where I can top up, and it recognises my mobile wifi. Thanks for your help
