    90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

    @ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport B37 6SE. Huawei Mate 10 Pro. There's just enough signal to keep WiFi calling from working reliably, but not enough to hold a call.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK not happy with the service provided by your company. Try to upgrade to a new phone. Went out of my way to go to a store to be advised your systems are down. I tried yesterday so I have been trying for 2 days now. New @Apple launchCan’t take part. #unhappy

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jade/Laura, if you note the second screenshot, at the top it refers to 5g broadband package. Yet I clicked on 4g package. You may have a problem with yr website redirecting to the wrong page.

    @ThreeUKSupport Resolved. They unnecessarily lost my custom due to, IMHO, poor choices when faced with “upgrading” a customer. Customer services excellent. Measured, respectful, and positive response.👍🏻👍🏻

    Did @ThreeUK make Go Roam in Europe a paid service with no communication to the users!? Or am I reading it wrong? Go Roam (aka Feel At Home, which existed before the EU free roaming mandates) was the sole reason I chose Three 7y ago. EU immigrant friends, who should I switch to?

    @ThreeUKSupport Who’s idea was disabling access to My3 portal when a billing hiccup occurs? Also not providing an easy self help route to update payment details? Shocking UX/UI design. Spent almost an hour on chat to fix. Dreadful customer journey experience. Expect better from @ThreeUK tbh.

    @ThreeUKSupport my 5g home broadband is going down for 30 second bursts every 5 minutes. I can't work or do anything. Bradford area and has been doing this now for 3 days.
