    @ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

    90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had the dongle 2 days I’m just going to cancel the dongle contract now anyway I will have to live with the phone until my contract ends 👍

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken after 6 years I’m leaving. Your data speeds have been abysmal for the past 2 months or so. Nothing has been done to try help. I can’t even read news sometimes. Gone.

    @ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport B37 6SE. Huawei Mate 10 Pro. There's just enough signal to keep WiFi calling from working reliably, but not enough to hold a call.

    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK not happy with the service provided by your company. Try to upgrade to a new phone. Went out of my way to go to a store to be advised your systems are down. I tried yesterday so I have been trying for 2 days now. New @Apple launchCan’t take part. #unhappy

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor @JackHoward Never mind movies Three have still not refund me after massive price increases for PAYG customers it will be two months soon and ever time I speak to there chat I get more bullshit , watch this space next month.

    So fed up with @ThreeUK. No visual voicemail, eSIM, Apple Watch support. Poor service, almost always on 3G not 4g and slow speeds

    @ThreeUKSupport 'My3' is useless can't login cos no matter how many times I get a temp password etc it won't accept it. Direct Debit is no good for paying a bill now nor is paying by post.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes Fraser. Calls were a total of €6, bill is €40. No text of cost per megabyte when I arrived, I assumed it was what it said on the website….. I contacted call support they offered 50% return of bill that couldn’t be returned to my account until the next bill. Not good enough
