    Dear @ThreeUKSupport I have tried everything. Resetting settings, resetting APN, changing sim card slot but no luck in terms of internet. It just shows 4G but no internet. Please help me. I cannot use my internet outside anymore. Please.

    Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm using a Pay as you go sim card. My top up is still on, I can make calls but I cannot use 4G. I went to a three store and they changed my sim card, but it's still not working. It's been 5 days since I'm facing this issue. Please can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you, Kim. It’s B13 9LJ but I’ve been around South Birmingham and not had any signal. Because of the message on your website I didn’t think it would be my phone, but it’s an iPhone SE. Still no service now.

    @ThreeUK got to say the worst customer service ever, I lost my phone and I requested to to barred my phone and sent me proof of usage 3 weeks and still didn’t receive anything. Your member relationship team not doing what they promised #Disappointment

    @ThreeUKSupport @thegord1 What a load of bollocks. I used to install cell sites and they cover a large area. The last three digits gets the location down to the last 100 metres. They will just tell you to change Sim, reset phone, or that they are working on it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I use your 4G broadband in SE8 and have been having massive issues with the internet. It's very hard to get online particularly in the evenings. Is there a number I can call for support? The Three helpline was unable to help with broadband

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’m outside the UK and my account has been suspended, the support agents tell me that nothing can be done. Is that right? I’m not asking for “free” roaming to be enabled, just be ability to make and receive calls (at international rates). No data needed

    @ThreeUK Shame you've just imposed such a price hike on your 321 Payg package, you will lose a lot of customers over this, I've been a 3 customer for several years now and will be leaving for another cheaper service provider when New tariff comes into force
