    Dear @ThreeUKSupport I have tried everything. Resetting settings, resetting APN, changing sim card slot but no luck in terms of internet. It just shows 4G but no internet. Please help me. I cannot use my internet outside anymore. Please.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you, Kim. It’s B13 9LJ but I’ve been around South Birmingham and not had any signal. Because of the message on your website I didn’t think it would be my phone, but it’s an iPhone SE. Still no service now.

    @ThreeUK got to say the worst customer service ever, I lost my phone and I requested to to barred my phone and sent me proof of usage 3 weeks and still didn’t receive anything. Your member relationship team not doing what they promised #Disappointment

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s still asking for a password, I’ve never been on the website on that laptop. I think it’s picking it up from the phone number now as after putting in the number it asks for email registered to account but surely it shouldn’t even be linked yet.

    @ThreeUK have you been doing any work in the Selby area lately? My network is becoming increasingly unreliable with my mobile data not properly working and my signal bar never being full. I am due to upgrade next month and may have to switch networks if this carries on
