    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.

    @ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃

  • Ecarter537 Ethan Carter (@Ecarter537) reported from Liverpool, England

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but the calls are Failing constantly due to Poor Signal

    @apendica @ThreeUK (2/2) You can get your PAC code allowing you to keep the same number when you switch by texting the word 'PAC' to 65075 with your Date of Birth in the format DDMMYY. If you don't use the PAC code, your account will remain open and you'll continue to be charged for service. -Holly

  • philthyart Phil Galloway (@philthyart) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport This may be a deal breaker when my sim contract is up soon. Three have been saying support for esim/watches is coming for over a year. Why only apple watch support? You're offering LTE pixel watch but no support?? We need a date or people will leave three for @EE or @VodafoneUK

  • roddy_ftd83 Roddy Wallace (@roddy_ftd83) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to upgrade online but it’s saying the service is unavailable!!! Can you tell me why???

  • mel____z_n Mhdjd (@mel____z_n) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks so much for your quick response! They’ve tried twice, I’ve received one email from Three but not any of the ones they’ve apparently said. Tried changing the email in case there’s an issue with spam filters and still not received anything

  • gmu246 GRAY🇨🇩 (@gmu246) reported

  • HopeMarieBonnen Hope-Marie Bonnen (@HopeMarieBonnen) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Vodafone doesn't work in my area. Will it affect the signal if you merge with them?

  • Daniel_San__ Robbo (@Daniel_San__) reported

    @benjedwar @CornishCracker @ThreeUK You can, It’s not really the solution though it’s a backup option. Releasing a phone with a single storage option and No SD is pretty limiting. Especially from a flagship device.

  • adnaan1 A K (@adnaan1) reported

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your network totally dead in E4 and E17 area, at 1am 08/oct , you’re nothing but a fraud by selling fake 5G!!!
