    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura. Totally appreciate that due to data privacy concerns. I’m not going to call you as I can’t get through. If Three want to speak to me, I suggest your customer service team tries again. Meanwhile my satisfaction and confidence in Three is dropping by the day.

    @ThreeUK is there an issue with logging in on the app it won’t accept a new password created and I therefore cannot access the app

    @ThreeUK 5G isn’t consumer ready yet. It’s a ploy to get people on board. I’m sure all of your customers will enjoy their gigabit download speeds by a pole on the street until a gust of wind blows an empty packet of Quavers in front of the signal. 🍃

    @micramanic @virginmedia @ThreeUK I had weeks without it because of box outside. The connection had de-ttached and thats why rounter wasnt pickin up signal

    After hearing how amazing @EE have been with my Thomas cook colleges I’m thinking of changing from @ThreeUK! Awful! Just lost my job and they say if I don’t pay my £70 bill by the end of the month they will send it to a debt collectors disgusting! Like I chose to loose my job 😡

    @ThreeUK when are you adding apple watches to esim support? This has been an going topic for a few years now. You are falling behind! One unhappy customer whom is thinking of leaving to go with someone that does provide the service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked for a Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20. Your colleague sold me in addition, budlike earphones under the pretence it was a gift. Only to discover on the same day it was in fact a sale and an additional £5 would be debited monthly for something I never asked for!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport You have lost in the end because I am not going to stress over £5. I'll just cancel my second contract which is worth far more! Not just that. I was with you for 10 years!!!! So you have lost 10 years of 2 contracts and my promotion of you to others!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Got 2 of each. Currently in process of trying to cancel monthly rolling contract for third time - if it works this time termination date will be 3 months after initial request
