    @ThreeUK I have 5G home broadband. We get amazing 650mbps download but 10mbps upload, is there anything support can do to our account to increase upload even if it reduces the download speed?

    Please RT far & wide. I was recently sold a new upgrade to my phone by @ThreeUK I changed my mind and decided I wanted to buy the phone outright. The phone has not been taken out of the box. I made the upgrade on Saturday and @ThreeUK have refused to cancel the upgrade. Avoid 3.

    @thegord1 @OhMarieTurner @ThreeUKSupport Yes, ours started going slow around the 5th Nov, still the same now, got 50% off our bill as compensation, to be honest I'd rather they just fixed the issue!

    @JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

    @ThreeUK Hi 3. Been a loyal customer for 7 years now. However, the 4g signal in Liverpool around the Albert Docks area flats is absolutely shocking. One of the roaming dragon seagulls could transmit more data. Could you attach antennas to them so we can get data coverage

    @trainfanmatt @ThreeUK I think the concern is that this incident has signs that make it look like there was a data breach. This may, or may not have happened. If it did, there are consequences for those affected. Three should be sensitive to this and provide a clear narrative on what has happened.

    @ThreeUKSupport @dazj72 Can you issue a clear statement of what has happened? I see at least 3 people who think they had a call from me. I hope my number is not in the hands of a scammer who is spoofing it. If it is a data breach, you have to tell us within 72 hours of your discovery. Please clarify.

    @Trueblue08 @ThreeUK In that case I will advise them to register with the information commissioners office (ico), won't help particularly with traditional scammers but will help with cold callers from actual companies. Three do have a number you can text the number 2 or forward any texts @ThreeUK
