-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).
-
Winston Smith (@ninjascotsman) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK You can't even deliver 4g in Edinburgh city centre £20 a month can't even get signal to make call
-
Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.
-
Alex (@AlexLamond1) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandIn other words, we’re in for a long one. Having to do a Zoom call this morning on the ropey @ThreeUK 4G network was not fun...
-
Steph Munro (@StephMunroxx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Not particularly, just seem to have poor service with both
-
Scott Campbell (@Scottc79) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have just spent the most hofficially infuriating few minutes of my life trying to string together a conversation with some absolute moron in your joke of a call centre. You guys must work tirelessly to attain such Herculean levels of abject service.
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.
-
Bruce J Beaton (@beaton_bruce) reported from Queensferry, Scotland@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture
-
Mel Robbo (@mel_robbo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I am trying to find out if my phone has WiFi calling enabled but the info for Oneplus 7T is blank on device support. Can you help?
-
Jack 🏴 (@JackCuthill) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Huawei AI cube keeps losing signal. It's pain in the ass.
-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.
-
𝔸𝕕𝕒𝕞 𝕂𝕣𝕦𝕔𝕫𝕖𝕜 (@AdzKru82) reported from Eskbank, ScotlandNever been more happy about having a dual SIM phone, o2 I dunno what's going on with your wifi but its shocking in these parts, THREE you've not been much better. But you're working now. @ThreeUK @O2
-
Jak 🏴 (@AdventureJak) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK the AI cube is rubbish keeps losing signal every day multiple times a day. I'm not paying for a service that isn't upto par.
-
Michael (@TheMichael84) reported from Gorebridge, Scotland@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.
-
dub.sided (@dub_sided) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK hi there, are there issues in edinburgh eh6? my work router keeps kicking me off the network and saying incorrect passwords
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.
-
frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mark Parry (@MarkDavidParry) reported@ThreeUKSupport The official response on your website in my area is “There are no outages” but that is clearly not true. Over the years I have paid a lot of money to Three and it is upsetting to see you not admit to these problems, offer advice or compensation
-
Tom Eccles (@tomeccles) reported@ThreeUKSupport This issue is still ongoing, 5th day with unstable broadband. What on earth is going on? How do we still have no information about what the problem is or when it will be fixed??
-
⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hello, thanks for acknowledging the fault. The status checker page urgently needs updating as it indicates no faults. Also, these are absolutely not minor issues, these are constant interruptions and outages for several days now. (1/2)
-
Richie Fine™ 🌸 (@Peckham_Heights) reported@ThreeUK I have to say I swapped from o2 to Three and I’m disappointed in the network coverage and poor signal. Fine at home but it’s really noticeable when out and about.
-
Donna (@Donna19690198) reported@ThreeUKSupport What is going on? My MBB has been down since 5th August! For work I have to tether my mobile data, thankfully I have an unlimited data plan, but speed is a lot slower. Just called customer services and told the issue is across the UK and not post code related.
-
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
-
Nathan Price (@thegamer6701) reported@ThreeUKSupport I don't think so. May have used it in my phone to make sure its unlocked when took contract out but never used it for at least 10 months. Its been taken out phone since then and not used. Got about 2 months left on contract so wanted to use the data on it for last months
-
Kat (@KathrynHarrop90) reported@ThreeUK it's embarrassing that in 2021 your "service" can't handle a bit of rain 🙄
-
ent wife (@hannavarda) reported@ThreeUKSupport trying to top up my SIM card and keep getting a technical issues page. How can I get this resolved?
-
Chris Almond (@notgotnothing) reported@ThreeUKSupport I have no 4g this morning in LS226RS, is this a problem that you are aware of and how long is it expected to last please?
