@ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm going to have to end my broadband contract due to you breaking it. Its been months still no LG TV. When I get in contact with customer service its same old its 10working days away. Maybe time to sue not paying for goods I've not received

Not that you didn’t know, but I gotta say absolutely awful customer service @ThreeUK - advisors hanging up, playing music while chatting to their pals instead of replying to you on the phone, miscommunication between departments.. looking for a new provider now! #badservice

@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

@ThreeUKSupport Total Three burp. Got 5g home broadband in Sep. after assurance my postcode was live. Mast down for a month. Router returned, contract cancelled. Fast forward to Oct: new promise 5g working, new contract & 5g router. No 5g anywhere. Waste of time - get a grip!

@ThreeUKSupport My complaint should have been rectified in the first 2 weeks yet wasn’t. The process was intentionally drawn out for over three months. Costing me loss of work, financial hardship on top of a monthly bill. And on that basis I will tell everyone I encounter never to use THREE.

They’ve taken four years to get esims for phones and keep fobbing everyone off who asks about apple watch support They used to be the most advanced network now they are as poor as supermarket and broadband piggy back providers shame
