  • Alfiedog9
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

  • itskatherinealy
Katherine Aly (@itskatherinealy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@6BROWNIN @ThreeUK You should! Everyone kept telling me how bad they are but I haven’t had an issue until the time I actually needed their help with something important.. good luck!

  • JonInEdinburgh
Jon (@JonInEdinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!

  • AGDun_162
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your network AGAIN! Numerous times I have reported shoddy network speeds on your 4G Home Broadband . And I don't want to hear lame excuses about "Work Being Carried Out" when that simply isn't the case. EH6 area (Leith)

  • john_rafa
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Very slow connection as shown on the speed test. A friend also on three is experiencing the same. It's as bad as yesterday. Just improved in the evening. Can't load anything.

  • paulforsyth7867
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

  • Johnmhunt
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

  • KyleSlorance
Kyle Slorance (@KyleSlorance) reported from Musselburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport The signal hasn’t been great since Thursday morning and 3G isn’t much better due to the Mifi hub being indoors

  • AlexLamond1
Alex (@AlexLamond1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

In other words, we’re in for a long one. Having to do a Zoom call this morning on the ropey @ThreeUK 4G network was not fun...

  • scott_wright91
Scott Wright (@scott_wright91) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Barriestweeting @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK best for customer service in my opinion.

  • AGDun_162

@ThreeUKSupport your services are down again in EH6 area of Edinburgh.. Im lucky if I can get 1.0 Mbps SORT IT PLEASE

  • ianwsmith82
Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport why ask me to do a survey with text replies then charge me for the replies. Honestly that's pretty poor.

  • Mattsteedman
matt Steedman - (@Mattsteedman) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . Just 48 hours I was singing your praises to a few of my mates asking why they were staying with a rival network. I told them three was the way forward and then you go & let me down like this. Looks like finally it’s working but let’s not fight again pls

  • lotternine
Charlotte L. 🏳️‍🌈 (@lotternine) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Nah, still not working - exact same problem

  • mel_robbo
Mel Robbo (@mel_robbo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I am trying to find out if my phone has WiFi calling enabled but the info for Oneplus 7T is blank on device support. Can you help?

  • sharonrit123
Sharon ritchie (@sharonrit123) reported from Tranent, Scotland

@ThreeUK , three instant chats with 3 advisors about the lack of service, every time they “transfer” me to customer relations no one ever answers!!!! Terrible way to treat a very loyal and multi contract customer! 😡

  • mel_robbo
Mel Robbo (@mel_robbo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport not able to text from my phone or receive any. Is there an issue in EH6?

  • RussellSmith07
Russell Smith (@RussellSmith07) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Horrendous lack of customer service from @ThreeUKSupport completely faceless and unwilling if to provide support despite an issue being their error. I would appreciate a message back.

  • Vocsolo
    Vocsolo (@Vocsolo) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month

  • loulitagill
    loulitagill (@loulitagill) reported

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport now you want to charge me £13.92 for a service I wasn’t even using during the 16-20 May when I had no mobile WiFi installed because you kept sending me packages with missing equipment. Worst experience with a company ever!

  • martinrue
    Martin (@martinrue) reported

@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.

  • grego76525
    DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported

@ThreeUK (Private Message for Three Only) I pre-paid so I don't have to worry about the problem I earlier today when I ran out of data allowance, I just wish that Flickr would not sign me out as it eats into my data allowance

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

  • Hemmerz_
    Matt (@Hemmerz_) reported

Do you have signal anywhere between zone 1-6 in London? ******* pony @ThreeUK

  • Stuart61838784
    Stuart (@Stuart61838784) reported

@ThreeUKSupport more issues with your network, will be going with different company in a couple months when contract ends as your network is shite

  • RossKnight97
    Ross Knight (@RossKnight97) reported

You lot @ThreeUK are con artists. I phone up to pay a bill, only gives me option to pay airtime, no option to pay device, no human beings work for you at all, just autobots Worst service ever, worst communication ever, laziest service, honestly fold your company, load of shite

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • MasonIyons
    Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reported

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.
