There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.
