    @CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture

    @ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

    Not that you didn’t know, but I gotta say absolutely awful customer service @ThreeUK - advisors hanging up, playing music while chatting to their pals instead of replying to you on the phone, miscommunication between departments.. looking for a new provider now! #badservice

    @ThreeUK - Four weeks without a working phone, countless webchats, calls, engineers visit, visits to stores - now faced with a further wait until 13 September for a 2nd We-Fix engineer visit. Beyond shocking. If you have any kind of Customer Service/Care would appreciate a call.

    @ThreeUKSupport A few weeks. I’m still ok roaming on KPN NL but didn’t try deregister / register again just in case, sounds strange she can register on any BE network, will see when she cross back to NL later today if she got same issue.
