When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

I've been with you around 16 years and had zero issues using all you can eat data on my phone, since I downgraded my plan & got your mobile WiFi I've had nothing but problems with my connections.

Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. Greatestperson1 (@baskeyfit) reported@ThreeUKSupport bought 5g hub last Wednesday. Currently good excellent connection to 5g mast but last night download speeds have dropped significantly from 150 to 30mbps and ping is unstable. I followed the troubleshooting and there’s no improvement
