@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.

@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@ThreeUKSupport My phone was stolen on 8th April, I requested proof of usage and blacklisting and received it only today after a week spending on live chats and the phone with your support team. When I received a letter today there was a mistake in date of when my phone last used.
