Michael (@TheMichael84) reported from Gorebridge, Scotland@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@DMcGillivray2 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I had to threaten to report them to Ofcom Don as they guy was constantly asking me questions. -
𝔸𝕕𝕒𝕞 𝕂𝕣𝕦𝕔𝕫𝕖𝕜 (@AdzKru82) reported from Eskbank, ScotlandNever been more happy about having a dual SIM phone, o2 I dunno what's going on with your wifi but its shocking in these parts, THREE you've not been much better. But you're working now. @ThreeUK @O2
-
Kevin (@kevocateur) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!
-
Kyle Slorance (@KyleSlorance) reported from Musselburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport The signal hasn’t been great since Thursday morning and 3G isn’t much better due to the Mifi hub being indoors
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.

Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yikes! I have never heard of this happening.

-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
