    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @cam_farrelly @ThreeUK @EE I honestly spent 50 minutes and problem still not resolved. I can’t wait to leave them but I am stuck on a contract I wasn’t even aware of t he sound of things….! I pay monthly and I can’t nor use telephone nor internet outside my house (where I use my home broadband)

    @ThreeUK Absolutely disgraceful service from three. The signal wasnt very good on the router so we cancelled. Three times now we've asked for the pre paid package to send the router back, now you're threatening a pensioner with charges. What the heck is going on? 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I have done this without any joy. Two other sims are shown on the bills and work fine . Customer service can only help with numbers on the bill. Took sims to store n no joy either

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura B, I’ve been here since the 4th of January. However, I’ve been here for longer than this before and never had any issues. My friend has been here since early december and his has stopped working on the same day. And continues not to work.
