    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    @ThreeUK @DPD_UK the service I have received over the past few days is a complete and utter joke, no phone delivered on 18th like it should have been and still no now to be told by DPD they are classing item as ‘missing’ and got to wait 72 hours till three do something about it

    @ThreeUK will the £20 unlimited deal still be around at thw end of april. Currently in NZ. Been a loyal customer for 3 + years. Been here since sept so got nz contract. When i am back i want to get contract again and unlimited data is normally unaffordable for me.

    @notameadow @ThreeUK All the big vendors - Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei - even Cisco and Dell - are talking about intelligent core networks and moving the processing power around... Out of the data centre and closer to radio network. But they've been saying that since the 3g era and it hasn't caught on

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer service told me yesterday that delivery wouldn’t be before 22nd March so I cancelled order, this morning text said delivery today, assume they cancelled order returned to three, you are useless !!!, now I’ve got to go through this all again absolutely useless
