@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It's so much fun being fobbed off, cut off and lied to by 3 customer service agents in India who don't provide any kind of service or answer any questions. I feel so supported when they cut me off and so safe and valued when they lie to me. Being a Three customer is great!!

@ThreeUKSupport So fed up with being fobbed off,cut off & blatantly lied to by a customer service team in India who don't seem to be able to help people other than to 'escalate' your already 3 times escalated case to the 'TEAM' who are uncontactable. OFCOM next..watch this space!

@ThreeUKSupport Google Pixel 6 Pro - updated to Android 13 yesterday as advised by Google as a potential fix - the problem occurred on Android 12 and now also on Android 13. No phone calls or texts on network only via WiFi calling

@ThreeUKSupport can you please sort the signal out where we live? Can not use my phone at all in my house unless I’m sitting in one spot and that’s with WiFi calling on too! Shocking!!! I’m not sure why I’m paying my bill tbh! 😤

@ThreeUKSupport abysmal service from yourselves, had to contact customer support on 3 occasions now about a damaged /missing delivery, everytime I’m told it’s resolved and it still hasn’t been. Clearly a big mistake renewing my contract 😡
