    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    I kept asking to speak to people in England or Glasgow but that apparently wasn't possible. You know this is bad when I'm Indian myself & I have to request this. Was told that you don't have a customer service team for online orders to sort out the issue.@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK I have been a @ThreeUK customer since May 2005, that's over 15 years; I've had multiple cnts for me & members of my household for most of that. I called recently to upgrade 1 of 4 existing contracts, then I found that you don't care about loyal customers. Am considering leaving.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah buddy, Tried all that before contacting you. How long is the work expected to take? I've noticed network drop off all over Falkirk and Stirling the last few weeks - not just my home address to be honest.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello Kymberlie, I'm guessing it's not good news if you're not posting a fix date on social media, I can't get on the the chat at the moment as it says 'Please try later' refreshing the page takes a good minute or so due to the poor connection, sometimes it fails to load at all.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport so how long does it take for a reply, as soon as I end the call you don't care What has happened to all the "escalated" cases on my account, I have never had answers and when I call back to enquire there are no records and I have to go through all again
