    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered a new sim only contact back in Nov. Never arrived. Called up,replacement sent out. Sim arrived 20 days later. Has never worked. What I guess to be the replacement sim arrived 24 Dec. Sealed empty envelope. (1/2)

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3 my old mobile number was supposed to be moved from my old network to 3 on the 24th but it has not done so. I'm also getting access denied when I try to sign in to my3 and use the website, even the homepage. Is there anything you can do to help?

    I've been to a 3 shop before lockdown for assistance, been promised 2 callbacks today by customer services. No calls have been made back to me. First payment is due in coming days and I'm still with @EE and no service has yet been provided by @ThreeUK. How do I escalate?

    @ThreeUK i am absolutely appalled by your customer service team and if it wasnt for stores who have the xhance to solve my issue i’d be cancelling right now. can assure you i wont be renewing my contract next year.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey my postcode is BT412EY and the model of the device is a HUAWEI B535- 232. We were getting such good service but no matter where we put the broadband it just doesn’t pick up good signal any more
