    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUKSupport Okay I get that three don't consider this an overpayment, but don't you agree that if a customer has been recieving SIM only service since June 2020, then it wouldn't be unreasonable to be refunded for that period? Esp after paying £44 permonth instead of £16

    @ThreeUKSupport hey 3, both me and my husband have 3G or below 90% of the day at the moment (5-6weeks now) and with @virginmedia also being down we can’t do anything, yet the network coverage says it’s fine… are there any issues in the L9 area for 4G?

    @ThreeUKSupport You are now in breach of Consumer Rights Act for failing to provide a decent service to now 6 devices in my household. All of which pay over £18/month for mobile contracts and mobile broadband.

    @ThreeUK my partner has called several times raising a complaint that you have been overcharging for a year, and every time no complaint was logged. What a joke company.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4g has disappeared since Thursday...now only get H+ or no signal at all. Your site says there are no known issues. My boyfriend has Three and same issue! We are North of Scotland...when will this be fixed? I rely on my phone for work!

    Two things still on the to-do list after over a YEAR: • go to the @AppleSupport & find out why my old phone won’t get past the Apple logo • call up @ThreeUKSupport & get them to cancel an account I didn’t know I had and have apparently been paying for for YEARS

    This is getting ridiculous. Never getting a contract with @ThreeUK ever again! My father has bought a phone online, and when it arrived it came with TWO CONTRACTS!! Why? We’ve been trying to resolve this issue for months!!
