@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

@ImIncorrigible @ThreeUK I have two contracts with them and called yesterday to cancel one of them as I don’t need it anymore. Not only was it v easy but they reduced the amount I was paying on the one I’m keeping! Three have always had excellent customer service in the 10 years or so I’ve been with them

@ThreeUK bought AirPods that arrived faulty have been trying to arrange a replacement from you guys or a return but you won’t even speak to me as I don’t have 3 contract phone number and the advisors I have spoken to just wanna argue worst customer service I have ever had!!

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK I'm not sure who to ask, but my new note 20 doesn't receive all notifications when I am on 5g. I get WhatsApp and fb etc, but I have to switch to 3g/2g to get notifications from my bank, BBC News, YouTube, tiktok, ebay etc. How do I fix this?

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport "customer service" is laughable. Requested complaints procedure towards 2 agents, one currently has me on mute on the phone, one online for over an hour refuses. Sack the overseas centres.

@ThreeUKSupport OK that clears it up, thanks. I thought I would be able to reconnect to the same agent. Please fix your system to allow this as I would prefer to deal with one agent. I had to turn off my phone to get the SIM card number.
