@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport 2/2 support is closed (phones, live chat, everything) so I have no-one at Three to follow up on this false information I've been provided by Three. I can even see an article on the Guardian about you cutting off and stranding customers. Reconnect my SIM immediately please.

@ThreeUK we've just had a power cut and it's made us realise how awful our mobile phone signal is without WiFi booster. We live in a town its shouldn't be this bad......

@ThreeUKSupport I received absolutely no notification to suggest anything had changed on my account. Do I have to log on to cancel my contract everyday just to ‘manage’ my account? I have the Three app so I monitor my bills; at no point did it say anywhere I had been entered into a 24m contract!

@ThreeUKSupport I was just on Live Chat with a Three rep who told me Three have placed no restrictions on my account and I had to talk to my network here. I said I definitely think the restriction was made by Three - I can't even receive texts from my bank or get any signal. Now all your 1/2
