@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Ca12pr, connected to 5G with mobile broadband. It was awful for the whole evening, the two days prior had been hit and miss with random dropouts every few hours but last night was every 15 minutes.

@ThreeUKSupport I called two weeks ago (Friday 8 July). The gentleman told me that he couldnt talk to me as I didn’t know my “PIN” (which I never remember setting in the first place). I emailed ID to “proofs (at) 3mail” that same day requesting help and it’s been radio silence since.

@ThreeUKSupport I was mainly experiencing it at Stratford Station yesterday, postcode E15 1AZ. But it happens every time I'm here where connections just time out on 4G despite good signal so I switch my phone to 3G in settings and it works fine but obviously at 3G speeds.

@ThreeUKSupport awful coverage today in L23. And yes, restarted, reset network settings, on the latest iOS, SIM is 4 months old, phone is iPhone 12 Pro Max 256Gb, fully charged - and it’s blue. Basically zero data all day, and reliant on Wi-Fi and tethering to my EE work phone.
