@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@ThreeUK why is your internet so bad constant interruptions where it can barely load a YouTube video. At times it’s amazing but there are way too many times where it’s just utter rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve given your customer service(4 times), fraud & security, online orders and sales team opportunities to process my refund timely. 3 times I’ve been told I’ll receive it, for it to not come due to YOUR systems. I’ve had enough. I’ll let the financial ombudsman investigate it.

@ThreeUK how come Hendon London only ever has 2 bars of 4g signal. It’s like having no service at all. Nothing loads, nothing works and phone calls sound horrible.

@ThreeUKSupport I've been experiencing it on areas such as Oxford road, Peters Square and Salford quays. Came to the UK for 2 weeks. Always got payg sims from 3 but this year its been terrible

@ThreeUK my Son has been informed that he has to pay £500 to get out of his contract with you, he has been a loyal customer for many years, thing is he leaving to live in the states on Tuesday...let me know who he can contact to help in this matter, not your normal desk support.
