@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s clearly not true though! There has never been a decent signal in that part of the town. If there had been access issues for a number of years you would have either sorted it or changed location by now.

@ThreeUK i have been back and forth with your customer support team since 22nd June and they are refusing to process my refund after I sent everything they asked me to including the phone? It’s been very frustrating and am not being assisted at all.

@ThreeUKSupport T-Mobile is the only one of those available locally unfortunately, and still behaving the same after manually connecting. A friend suggested maybe there's a T-Mobile limit on amount of 3G data and then they drop you down to 2G, but I don't recall reading that on Three's pages.

Great service from @ThreeUK today. Churches mobile broadband up for renewal. They gave me same unlimited data plan and a free tablet and cut £8 off the monthly cost. #WellPleased #Chuffed #MobileBroadband

@ThreeUKSupport That was a waste of time. Each person said couldn’t do anything, then put me through to someone who may be able to. But didn’t. Also got spun the old we can’t access private land to fix it. Coverage has been awful for years! Instead of 1 contract will cancel all 4 in dec now.

@ThreeUK Changed from Vodafone to Three, followed PAC code process to keep my number, didn’t work. Then went into store in & they also did it for me, again hasn’t worked. One month on a new number & still no transfer. Please help!

@ThreeUKSupport hi, just joined your network after being with EE/Orange 20 years. Got the iPhone 13 and making calls are impossible. Both ends of the call keep breaking up plus my internet runs really slow at times. Any ideas how to fix this?
