    @rchoots @ThreeUK Which other companies discount a month for issues ? I know sky at most ( because of minimum guarantee internet speed) , no other phone company discounts a month for issues

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it’s been down for weeks and every time we get in contact with three they always say they’re doing work and it’ll be back up and running in a few days. Post code is Ca79hf

    @daveyboy2411 @ThreeUK True... However they should - if thiey were a resteraunt, shop, service industry, etc that failed to deliver goods or services as contracted then reimbursment is usual. why should we have to ask and chase for recompence ofr a incomplete service?
