    @ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

    @ThreeUK It's been 14 days now that your "Wifi-Calling" service hasn't delivered texts to my phone, only allowing my phone to make & receive calls. "Verification Texts" are SO important! When will this fault be FIXED? Your "Chat" people have made me so many false promises!

    Being messed about by @ThreeUK customer support #FAIL. 'Ashish' clearly incapable of helping me access online account so they bailed out after one feeble attempt and leave me hanging. Piss poor effort. Good mind to pull the plug.

    Why is @ThreeUK so ******* **** with signal in central London?!walk around saying I have 4G when actually I have no signal at all. It’s ridiculous how bad it is for one of the biggest cities in the world.

    @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues currently? My SIM card keeps coming up No SIM inserted, and I've seen others have similar issues throughout the night.

    @ThreeUK been a business customer since January and wow absolutely shocking network calls drop out 6 out 10 terrible signal Internet rivals dial up I think I could have this network on trading standards as its that far away from what I signed up fir
