@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Guy in call centre not only rude but tried pushing a phone that I didn't want. Phone that I wanted out of stock except in-store? In-store say I need to organise with call centre & then collect from store, call centre refused & gets ruder in manner &tries to sell something else

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, they said to put the new sim in and throw the old one so we did. He said it was their mistake but they can’t issue refunds so he emailed Head office as customer services said to go instore again. Still nothing so did chargeback as I needed the money

@xTradeToken @ThreeUK The company won't know your service doesn't work. It's highly unlikely that your service doesn't work. And you're charged because you are contracted to pay for it.

@ThreeUK Why have i received a bill for a service that didnt work from the beginning. Spoke to over 10 people for over an hour who have no clue what their doing. This is ridiculous. Ill be speaking to the financial ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport wow turns out the Three twitter staff are as bad as the call centre staff. I know it’s Xmas but waiting 3 hours for a reply to a tweet or horrendous.
