@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport When I originally put it in the broadband dongle some broken text messages did appear on that. Nothing I could see as a phone number, just some stuff about a three app. I've reset it since to try and resolve this. Would it have been in those?

@ThreeUK hi, I signed up for a 1 month only 5G broadband. This was specifically for 1 month only contract. I have since continued to be charged £27 a month yet the internet stopped working on the 1st august as was expected. Please can you help me understand what is happening?

@ThreeUKSupport I didn’t realise I needed to, as it was only 1 month on the original contract, it said it would terminate. The first payment was 27th July and I have been charged each month since but the internet hasn’t been working. My account is 9871838141. Thank you
