If the iPhone is not here by the end of the week, I am going to cancel the contract (plus a refund). You are completely unreliable and unprofessional! #Three

Even that doesn’t always work. I’ve been told to ring, with no working phone, I can never get through on online chat.

Despite me speaking to customer support (who are useless) on several occasions they did not even check it properly. I waited for over 25 days and cancelled the upgrade.
