@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

@ThreeUKSupport The issues with thr drop calls have been since I joined your network about 2 years ago/just over, hence as to why I got sent out a new sim incase it was damaged, the issues persisted so I waited to upgrade which I done and thr drop calls have slowly come back again and been more

When I say @ThreeUK broadband is horrendous.. Don’t ever! And @iD_Mobile_UK has the worst signal going!! Can’t even receive calls or nothing!

@ThreeUK 3 times in as many months suggests total incompetence. I just cancelled my smarty sim on the spot. I’d rather pay dearer for a sim for a more RELIABLE service. To many times this happened get a grip and start sacking the ppl responsible
