@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t remember if I was told that, only that my account would be credited. I assumed it would be this month’s as it was then that I had no signal. The last bill I got for the old account was up to 17/11/20, the day the signal was lost. This bill covers up to 1/12/20.

@digitalkitten @ThreeUK You can't upgrade to 5G. If your phone is 5g ready, you can use the 5g network if you're in an area that covers it. You pay for 3g only on any network.

@ThreeUKSupport It's ok sorted. Some of your customer service advisors are pure Muppet Show though. One of them recommended a Home Signal Black Box to improve my 5g reception, but that seems to be 2014 tech for poor 3g signals.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely not. I was told they can reduce my monthly payments but still have no service. Now they are threatening court action as I refuse to pay for a service not provided.
