    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK any update on when you are going to introduce the esim, I’m hoping my wife and kids will update my Apple Watch but not much point if I can’t use the uks favourite network

    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @ThreeUKSupport 2) they charged me £99 which was not refunded yet. The challenge is customer support doesn’t want to listen to the customer. There were few instances where I was asked to wait patiently until the phone arrives.

    @ThreeUKSupport bill still not sorted from the 28th December. I'd rather cancel and pay the 700 quid cancellation fee.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am sick and tired. I am done wasting my time. The iPhone hasn’t arrived yet, but I had to pay the first 2 bills. If the iPhone is not here by the end of the week, I am going to cancel the contract (plus a refund). You are completely unreliable and unprofessional! #Three

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a discount for a couple of months and was told several times we are in a pandemic. 12 months later I can only use my phone on WiFi calling still. Even that doesn’t always work. I’ve been told to ring, with no working phone, I can never get through on online chat.

    It would appear that @ThreeUK have massive network problems this morning on the IP side. Half of sites at least not working. Working fine over a VPN to somewhere else though!

    @JasperArgyleMAD @deanrmarsh @ThreeUKSupport If it makes you feel any better they did say that 80% of their customers would have a normal service by the end of 2021. Let’s just hope we’re not in that 20%🤞🏾

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi it’s the same one as on the slip. Could it be because even though it was ordered in time for the advert because no one was working that late to complete the order it looks as if I did it too late? Wonder if others are having same issue

    @ThreeUKSupport 1)I upgraded on 30th December. The order was duplicated and was never sent through. Despite me speaking to customer support (who are useless) on several occasions they did not even check it properly. I waited for over 25 days and cancelled the upgrade.

    I honestly cannot describe how bad the customer service is with @ThreeUK when you get your phone stolen. Never, ever go with this atrocious shambles of a company.
