@ThreeUK so my wife upgraded but you sold her a new contract instead. take 2 payments each month and so far have refused to cancel the new contract and a have a debt co calling her, no words but your assistance to sort this has been disgusting.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

@ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

Hi @ThreeUK please note that I will be calling to cancel my contract with you when you fix this outage and my phone can actually make calls again. The network has been down for almost 4 hours (unacceptable in 2025) and I’ve missed a really important call this morning!!!
