    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @Gayna1968 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Went to a logical store and they said there had been network issues since Friday 13th evening and still on going for me. But if you check on three they say there no issue apparently. Poor

    .@ThreeUKSupport i'm having issues with your phone staff & online chat people I am abroad, lost my UK Three sim, require new sim to be sent to my billing address but have forgotten my special security word How do we fix this? Or should I cancel my direct debit?

    @ThreeUK This is not how you treat loyal customers. You render your new terms and conditions unacceptable, forcing them to leave, and yet demand that they stay on and pay for another month, instead of giving them the chance to cancel immediately and refund them the difference👎

    @ThreeUKSupport someone needs to recognise Paul in the @ThreeUK Coleraine store. Out of the 6/7 contacts I have had over the last week, he has been the only person who actually took time and cared. Who'd have thought it in and customer service business.
