@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK Thanks for a ****** network in my area, seems I'll die from an unknown disaster as alerts only work on 4G and above, your still on 3G here! @UKParliament

@owen40uk @ThreeUK Interesting - of the 5 phones in our house only one alerted (O2) and the other 4 never. (Three).

Hey @ThreeUKSupport, I didn’t receive any alarm message or sounding today, whilst plenty of my friends and family got it, despite being on the same network. Any reason why?

How did @ThreeUK forget to deliver an emergency alert at 3? The time is your actual name.

@ThreeUKSupport @LukeJew not a single three customer got the alert in my house… this is a network issue not an us issue 😵💫

@ThreeUKSupport my alerts were on but neither me, or my family who all use three received the alert. it seems to be a common theme that nobody on three network got the alert.

@doublehelix It seems to be a problem for those of us on @ThreeUK

@Richie_boyd @ThreeUK If ever we needed confirmation that the 3 network is incompetently managed, this was it. I'm moving off 3 as soon as my contract ends not just because of this, but also because their 4G data rates in a London postcode are NON-EXISTANT, and that's seemingly not a problem for them)

@gadgetgirl73 @YICETOR @ThreeUK Nope. My father in law is on Smarty, which is also run on the three network and he didn't get it either
