Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Arnside and nearby locations:

  • marieiram Marie (@marieiram) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to find out when my number will switch over, no response from customer services. Beginning to wonder if I've made a mistake swapping networks!

  • tomwalsh77 Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, that doesn’t help at all but I don’t care, just like Three don’t.

  • LakesGeek Deryk Lister (@LakesGeek) reported from Ulverston, England

@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

  • tomwalsh77 Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport Don’t need day by day timeline, just an estimated time for the updates to have corrected the issues.

  • tomwalsh77 Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

  • tomwalsh77 Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

  • tomwalsh77 Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

@woodbum16 @ThreeUKSupport No problem, hope you get it sorted soon.

  • __AndrewBarlow Andrew Barlow (@__AndrewBarlow) reported from Kendal, England

@ThreeUK why is the 4G speeds in Kendal absolutely appalling? Im paying for a service and yet I never receive said service.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KaiKuenssberg Kai Aaron Kuenssberg (@KaiKuenssberg) reported

@ThreeUK you have to improve 3G and 4g signal before thinking about 5g, WiFi is infuriating and takes 30 minutes to download an app and can’t even use YouTube. I’m in the G32 area

  • amieday123 Amie xxxxx (@amieday123) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is it normal that you tell a customer you will call them back & they are still waiting 6 hours later?

  • John_Ogden John Ogden (@John_Ogden) reported

@alistairclare @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK VF would do you a personal sim. I assume their system won’t issue for work though- was a tmgall about it a while back. And yeah everything is going teams, which is driving the desire to cut down on devices

  • dannyjrizzo Danny Rizzo (@dannyjrizzo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.

  • SixKinds Chris Berrington (@SixKinds) reported

@ThreeUKSupport wondering how eSim and Apple Watch support is progressing. Any news? After such a successful trial, surely full implementation can’t be far off now? #beenwaitingfortoolong

  • notameadow 🌻 𝙼𝚎𝚊𝚍𝚘𝚠 𝙴𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 (2).arj 🌻 (@notameadow) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Every time I give you a post code from any place in London you come back with "it's all fine in your area, maybe the network is congested". Your network is just not fit to be used and that's that.

  • ononokiYoko Yoko (@ononokiYoko) reported

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have a ONEPlus 8 PRO the camera I use alot has recently been flaring alot I'm not sure for what reason I have tried cleaning the Lense and everything not doing anything you can do to help?

  • alistairclare Alistair Clare (@alistairclare) reported

@John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Progress indeed. I looked at it when I got my new phone and decided it was too much effort. I do not think the work VF accounts support e-sim either. Positive point is that the whole town centre is bathed in 5g coverage. 200mb+ by the office if we ever go back 🤔

  • DuchessPlumHill Duchess of Plum Hill (@DuchessPlumHill) reported

3 separate mobiles lost signal simultaneously yesterday and have stayed down ever since. Notified network operator @O2 and they insist that their network is "working fine" in our area. So no prospect of a fix then. Perhaps my area is uneconomic. Luckily I'm also with @ThreeUK .

  • amieday123 Amie xxxxx (@amieday123) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The lack of signal my Dad has had for about a month. Can you please arrange for someone to call him? Tbh we are fed up of waiting & he is considering moving to a different network provider
