@MidgetSSD @ThreeUK They sent a text to my mum that her contract needs changing but she's an elderly woman she doesn't understand wtf that means. it wasn't until i looked and saw they took 17 quid out today I realised they chucked her on an extortionate rate

  • mugglewump Robert R (@mugglewump) reported

@ThreeUKSupport issues again in my area (EH44) with signal. 4G router from you guys, and looks like it's limited to 3G currently, and that at unusable speeds. What's the problem this time? Really regretting using your service so far, as nothing but bother

  • MattHill1991 Matthew Hill (@MattHill1991) reported

@ThreeUKSupport two and a half years of hell locked into a contract where my signal constantly cuts out and I get no mobile data usage despite my phone displaying 4g access. Sick and tired of paying for nothing!!

  • MichaelKallys Michael Kallys (@MichaelKallys) reported

We want to see @trivago as the main jersey sponsor for #ChelseaFC. They have remained loyal, and stuck with us when the others wouldn’t. Cancel @ThreeUK!!

  • GongRight yang yoo (@GongRight) reported

@ThreeUK can you please check your DMs. I bought a data pack yesterday but it’s not working

  • labpedro 🇺🇦 Bedford Mag 🇺🇦 (@labpedro) reported

new phone arrived today (Honor Magic 4 Pro)...I hate it, so ring @ThreeUK to see about sending it back for a different handset, only to hit an advisor who doesn't want me to send the handset back, and just "use it". In that case I will send it back and cancel my account instead

  • MattHill1991 Matthew Hill (@MattHill1991) reported

@ThreeUKSupport My contract ends next February, I have spoken to support before and been advised that yes, reception is spotty in my area not much to do about it.

  • MrAdamwood Adam Wood (@MrAdamwood) reported

Hey @ThreeUK I was in London yesterday and service was terrible! It’s the same in any crowded area. I had mostly 4G 3/4 bars and at one point even a full 5G signal but pages were laggy and important emails not loading. How and why? What is the point in 5G if it doesn’t work?

  • sidhu84 Sidhani (@sidhu84) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Customer service is for the entire business I suppose. Do you have different service lines for stores and online and over the phone services? This sounds so new and confusing though
