@LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

@ThreeUKSupport It was closed without an actual resolution. I've been asking for my proof of purchase to be emailed to me. I've spoken to two members of your complaints team who assured it would be with me within a couple of days and I still haven't got it

@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@NHS24 at 8pm last night I sat on Hold for 1 hr 59mins 59 secs then @ThreeUK my telephone provider must end calls that last for 2 hours. I'm back on hold again at the moment 1hr 45 mins. Im in agony. I need help and antibiotics, I've even tried calling hospitals. #nhsisbroken

@ThreeUK 6weeks post migration from another network and didn't get the voucher, I reached out to your support team via the app on 14th Dec and was given a 5 day TAT after loads of apologies, 10 days after I again engaged and was given another 5 days which has elapsed.
