Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUK absolutely terrible experience using mobile services from this company. I’ve cancelled the service after a week (within my 30 day cooling off period) two weeks later I receive an invoice for exit fees of £400. Customer services do not know what they are doing. Shocking!

Victoria (@VictoriaJersova) reported from Milton Keynes, England@ThreeUKSupport As per my conversation with Three today I have little faith that this is going to be handled properly. They said they would get back to me in few days after they had spoken so someone. I’m sorry Three but it’s been a nightmare service since the start and I would not recommend it.

Harvey (@HarveyWelch) reported from Wokingham, England@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. Harry Robertson (@HarryRobertson5) reported from Bracknell, England@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!
