  @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

  Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   @ThreeUKSupport The connection status for the area around YO7 1LB in North Yorkshire is "Data Services Unavailable". A man with a van is required carrying a new module, nice signal level, but no throughput.

  @ThreeUK I have had nothing but issues with my new phone. So I have returned it to the shop as I don’t want the same phone. Now I am having issues getting a new phone because you haven’t reversed the account and the credit check has failed. I am one unhappy customer.
