    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with the Dundee City Centre can’t get any signal at all in the town centre, has been like this for a few days

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been to my local three shop today, nothing wrong with my sim/ phone.. yet again just appalling signal in my post code area. Speeds less than 0.5MB at home where I've been living all these years using Three. Yet in town less than 1 mile away 25+MB. Clearly there's an issue!

    Upgraded my contract with @ThreeUK 4 days ago and ever since I cannot use my phone, as my SIM card seems to be switched on pay as you go! Disgraceful service ! Who is going to pay for this? 4 days with no ability to receive or make phone calls. This is the " thank you" from you

    @ThreeUK I have been a valid customer for nearly 10 years to be treated so badly over the last year is a joke no service due to works which should of lasted a month which is ongoing for months then I put a cap on what I could spend on my sim they let me go I’ve by 3x poor service

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to remove the adult content filter on my phone. I tried my debit card but it doesn't work. Does it have to be credit? I dont have. I also can't go to store.

    @ThreeUKSupport i’ve blocked the number, but wondered if there would be a way of doing this. It’s intensely annoying when these sorts of things happen and I think network providers should have more control over this. Besides, how can they find peoples numbers anyway?

    Thanks you @ThreeUK bad broadband. No connection. Speak to agents, had me sent on 3g service also. Was going to move mobile over but not. Paid for a no working, inconsistent service. Charging me another month to get out of service. Should not have to reset router all the time.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so if I buy any of these from the manufacturer direct, would I just need to check for Software updates? [ in addition #VoLTE setting on in calling settings of course] Just checking if I'd need to do anything else. Thanks for your help.
