    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sana yes I tried that one first, then three others just in case it was an issue using the same email with 2 different numbers but made no difference.

    @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with the Dundee City Centre can’t get any signal at all in the town centre, has been like this for a few days

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @basu38129370 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK This is how 3 behave. Nobody takes ownership of an issue and problems get passed around indefinitely. It's my goal in life to warn As many people As possible about 3's horrific customer service until they change their behaviour

    @ThreeUKSupport Gave me a broken phone and the manager Anna refused to speak to me and trying to send me to another store even though I got all my things from grosvenor Northampton! Refused to send back or help just send speak to someone online! Had to phone in store who helped

    @ThreeUKSupport my march bill was waived and my promise to pay removed, my bill set to 0 bevause threes payment gateway didn't register my payment. This has still not yet been done. My bill shows 37 to pay. I cannot recommend anybody go with 3 mobile. Horrific service. Fraud.

    Still waiting for my money @ThreeUK fifth call, same answer even taking last months charge for NO broadband service !? I want a Deadlock letter so I can take this further. I’m not happy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Please note that I am paying for a package that I cannot access and was advised by your store to purchase a temporary sim - two requests have been made for a replacement- nothing has arrived to date. Neither your store, your online help or customer support has been any use
