    @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ha! This has to be a wind up. There are 3 choices for a B535. I don’t know which, so I start with basic B535, and the links lead to a different device. I try B535_1 (mine device is _2) links broken. Last one with A 7 tab, links broken.

    Here again @ThreeUK; adverts for 99% coverage but no point when calls fail and data connections stall, despite the number of bars. "The UKs most congested network" would be more apt. #Three #4G

    @ThreeUKSupport Multiple times. A robot human man with zero empathy, sincerity in his tone or emotional intelligence repeated to me over and over it would be fixed before September 10rh last year. It's still awful. This is me asking for help. I've asked. You guys do nothing. You're horrendous
