@ThreeUKSupport When in actual fact it wasn't a gift. I am disgusted on principle because if a sales staff of mine had done that to a customer I would have fired him! Reputation is important! YOU DO NOT MISLEAD CUSTOMERS!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport I asked for a Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra 20. Your colleague sold me in addition, budlike earphones under the pretence it was a gift. Only to discover on the same day it was in fact a sale and an additional £5 would be debited monthly for something I never asked for!

@ThreeUKSupport It's not the cost. £5 is nothing compared to the total amount. Your salesman was simply probably trying to reach targets and squeeze as much out of the sale as possible but he was dishonest and made me think it was a gift for the long time I have been a customer!!!
