    @ThreeUKSupport the numbers ringing us are three networks. I've had a Cambridge nail salon call me saying my phone contract will be terminated if I don't pick up ? But it's a robotic voice. Multiple calls today!! Wtf is going on!!

    @NeillGord @ThreeUKSupport But my iPad is Still working 🤯 Which is weird I have turned my phone off to see if that helps 🤔 but it still baffles me why isn’t it working on my iPhone or it could be my Sim card or my number has gone down technology is weird It’s one of those mysteries of the universe 🤯

    @ThreeUKSupport As professional as he was, it became evident that Three as a network have no intention of fixing the problem. I got offered £5 off a month or I could pay over £300 to buy myself out of the contract! Neither were sufficient & so it seems a deadlock letter is the only option :(

    @ThreeUKSupport I was not given a choice to leave since even after telling them was was running into difucltys keeping up with my bill I was offered no help then one day the phone stoped working both ways

    @ThreeUKSupport I fell into financial difficulties and I was offered no help at all to even catch up. I have a learning disability and a health condison and require a phone to keep in contact with my carer when I am out of the house.

    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had problems with voicemail in that I don’t get messages that I have a message for days. I a,so get numbers that do not ring. I also keep losing internet access. iPhone XS user.

    Disappointed that having upgraded with @ThreeUK the phone only comes with a cable no plug and then I pay the £4 charge and it's only a fast charge, not a super fast charge... the whole upgrade experience has been terrible this time round.

    @ThreeUKSupport My plan letter says 4GB for £23 for a month for 1 sim number! I set up three in a call on 11/1 = 2 numbers on 12GB per month for £9, the other 8GB for £7. Caller ju st said he'd make a note then hung up, AND your website is not working!

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely rubbish response from your customer service team so far - only heard back today and been called back during normal working hours, which I stated in my email wasn't convenient. Man on the phone was rude, CLEARLY has not read my email and put me on hold for ages

    @ThreeUKSupport I've done that and cancelled the direct debit. So what you are telling me is I have given you over £500 for nothing. Great. Let this serve as a warning to all @ThreeUK customers. They will rip you off. @O2 are much better. Won't be using you again. Very poor response.

    @ThreeUK I negotiated 3 SIM deals on 11 January and just got a plan letter from but the details are completely wrong, now your customer service caller was useless and hung up on me? #NotHappy
