No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

Grok 4.5 Expert: $74,500 Chat 5.6 Sol Pro: $75,000 Claude Opus 5: $74,400 Very tight range - useful little hack since we sometimes don't get a full year's utility bills to underwrite, and have to eyeball off these sketchy bar charts. The moral of course is that these systems can be amazing, helpful, even indispensable underwriting tools - but can lead you astray if not used properly.

I agreed not knowing any better & turned down other requests for the full (stupid me), but it was actually autobiography presented as fiction, about my real life AOL catfish and I used his (alleged) real name because main plot points were directly related to the name & its meaning (& also f him he was a catfish). So her response in the end was that while she was very into my story she couldn't get past the terrible contrived name I had chosen for the character & ultimately had to pass I let myself feel quite embarrassed for ever writing such garbage & I shelved the whole thing, but then later that same name was used in so many popular TV shows, it's like a real name lots of people have
