So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

But the culture he created for all the CNN newsrooms (TV and digital) never did. Was an honor to call CNNMoney/CNN Business home for 21+ years.

Implying that Turner somehow made bad decisions that led to their downfall is insane-Ted personally kept the company on the air during its down years.
