If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

I had better service with AOL DIAL UP IN 1997! they want us to pay 450 bucks for early cancel! THEY SHOULD PAY US FOR LYING!

The nice thing about being in corporate IT is knowing how, and having the system permissions, to install & use until Microsoft’s chat was authorized.
