Still having intermittent trouble sending/receiving emails on my @AOL account. Updated password on AOL via Safari; it works. Does not work through my normal email channel either sending or receiving. Systems don’t seem to share info - help!

I’ve been with AOL all my internet life. Just recently it keeps telling me my password is wrong; I put the same password in again & it’s alright for a while. Today emails appear then suddenly vanish, is @AOL trying to dismiss me. Help!

Recurring @AOL password problem; keeps telling me “incorrect password” again; had same problem a month ago. When I input password it is accepted for a short while then same message appears again; infuriating! HELP!!!

When it first arrived — and I made a blog there within the first two months of its public existence — @tumblr was the near perfect blogging platform. Then AOL destroyed it. Now it’s a horrible jail where I can’t get rid of this dumb screen. Thanks @automatic.

But the interview did help me understand their biz better. Also happy to hear AOL and RPTA are moving along well.

@TheHorrorGuru I think that there is a economic factor to generations people don’t talk about. If you were poor in the 90s you very much live in the 80s. You didn’t have a DVD player or cds, you still rocked tapes for all media. You didn’t have HBO or Disney, got AOL later than everyone else.

Imagine if AOL, back when they owned Time Warner, said "Ehh we'll cancel that Sorcerer's Stone movie because it doesn't really fit our vision for Warner Bros. And maybe that Lord of the Rings project Peter Jackson just finished too." This is how bad a state Warner is in now.

Paying down student loans to encourage higher education makes no sense, unlike bailing out banks that gambled on me paying off a McMansion and McEquityHummer with a mortgage I easily got through a company that advertised with dancing cowboy banners on AOL.
