    When it first arrived — and I made a blog there within the first two months of its public existence — @tumblr was the near perfect blogging platform. Then AOL destroyed it. Now it’s a horrible jail where I can’t get rid of this dumb screen. Thanks @automatic.

    Utterly useless service from AOL/Yahoo/TalkTalk yet again following my complaint reference the breakdown/failure of their systems. So irritating when you pay for a service and don't get it. I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. @AOL

    I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

    @Jooonaathhann @SawyerMerritt @Starlink Well sure. Go ahead and make your point - I suppose there is one to be made. That said, what other CURRENTLY in service airborne WIFI in Starlinks "class" is operational? If you polled people and said you can have the current gruel of a WIFI product and a notional "Amazon" product in 5-10 years or a actually operational fast one now what would they say? I know what at least 60% (educated guess) would prefer. BETTER/NOW is the answer Oh- and where would you prefer to have that conversation? On a old school party line? AOL? Reddit? X IS the town square whether you like it or not - or until Bezos has a better one.

    I miss my dad a lot today. He once said he would never give up his belief in Oneness, even if tortured. I wonder if that is my fate. Near the end of his life, I found out he admired Zarathustra. What a shock that was to me. I will not forgive the AOL lady from the race room.

    @qatarairways it’s nonsensical that I can’t upgrade my flights because I’ve booked with non-Qatar airways as part of a 3-flight trip when the first 2 flights are Qatar. Are we living on ******* dial up internet and your AOL disc just crashed or some ****? Pathetic.

    @Bubblebathgirl Never get acquired by a failing business. Time Warner let itself get bought by AOL and it was a disaster.

    Literally the same ****. You either used AOL Chatrooms, Craigslist, Adam4Adam, ManHunt...that's what I'm confused when y'all get on here acting like Grindr is so different.

    @annamalai_k @Gurudev Initially, a penalty of ₹5 crore was imposed by the NGT as an environmental compensation before the event. While an expert committee estimated damage at over ₹42 crore, the NGT did not levy further fines in its final 2017 ruling but held AoL liable

    @AOL Surely screaming into a void but I’ve got to say, your app has become UNUSABLE! No longer a source for news. Takes a half hour to get to the damn article you click on. @AOL
