@BekoUK I bought a Beko VCS5125AR Upright Vacuum Cleaner in Red from AOL 27/2/21 and in the past week it has cut out after using it for 10mins and did not restart for 20mins. Not happy. I would like it swapped for a hoover that works competently for the use it was bought for!

Can safely say that @AOL @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp have proved to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No way of contacting other than email, no acknowledgement that Mail account can’t be accessed, no way of resetting password. No help at all. Disgusting.

Shocking service from @curryspcworld today - waited in for 6.5hrs for a dishwasher that never turned up. Two different stories from the driver, both of which were crap. Now ordered with @AOL who will hopefully do a better job on Tuesday 👍🏻

I'm old enough to remember when aol was sending free dial up to every body just to try it out. Now EVERY SINGLE BODY wants (NEEDS!!) the world wide web. This is corny ****. AOC was not wrong when she said y'all don't understand how to market.

@AlexNowrasteh I do remember when the animal spirits driving Amazon's stock price was cited as evidence of the coming collapse of "capitalism". There were bad bets (AOL was clearly over valued), but risks were taken and innovations occurred that no central planner would have ever authorized.

@kielwats0n @GarethBarkerWMS @Philip_RJ89 I’m sure I read something about the atmospheric conditions at the SOL not being conducive to the surface as they use at the AOL. Thus, the work didn’t go ahead. Problem is, we’ve got concerts coming up this summer. Even if we find a pitch surface solution, when would it be done?

@Theo_TJ_Jordan Oh, I don't think the current situation was inevitable at all. It might be preferable to most other alternatives, but the internet could absolutely have become a metered service like AOL or on-demand cable TV. Just because things happened this way doesn't mean they had to.

Can anyone @AOL stop the stupid fake scam emails?? PLEASE! I had to setup a filter to stop “ALL” @aol.com emails and send them to trash! Sorry I haven’t answered any of my friends who use aol email! This is not good for your business @AOL! Just saying!
