Ultimately everything I said earlier about the @YouTube and @Instagram algorithm can probably be blamed on spammers for creating the problem in the first place of gaming systems to promote garbage content. And spam first originated on email spread via AOL back in the 90s.

@DanForTexas Pretty much.... back then browsers were a toss-up between Netscape, or "Internet Explorer 5" / "Internet Explorer 6", which by that time had earned the nickname "Internet Exploder"... there were also a few customisable ones.... Netscape was ****-canned in 2003 by AOL
