@maximlott @PCivilization @PrisonPlanet The barriers to creating a web site are far lower than creating a power company. We’ve had competing social network companies for years, from AOL to MySpace to G+. Creating another WalMart would be harder, but we don’t demand they give away products for free.

@TownBizTony Dude I remember the 56K days and at times AOL would have a bad day and you saw 28.8 or 14.4 pop up it was hell

@AddisonGeek @BurnItWithFire8 @AmyCat68 I get one point for MySpace, but I had AOL. I still say we should build onto the list and make it one point for HAVE DONEs. Then we could add, "played records on a hand-cranked Victrola." Never mind that it was inherited.

@AM_Christensen Same. Never had Aol or MySpace. Email started in 1994 with Tin and newsgroup readers. Had an Apple 2 plus that matched what my elementary school had. They aren't even going back to Basic and Logo on this. :)
