I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!
