Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

@BarclaysUK your operation in Walsall branch is close to pathetic. Only one paying in machine and the counter closes at 2pm. Why? You’re meant to be open till 4:30pm for all banking services, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to deposit some cash. Your customer service is poor.

Every time I leave a @barclaysUK branch I seem to be irritated these days. Machines don't give the fivers I needed so I queued for ages to get counter service from the only till that was working, and the cashier hadn't got any.
