Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

But this is not true, they shut at 5pm on a weekend, I have had my card lost/stolen and cannot cancel it! Tried logging it through my wifes app, but no good!
