@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Massive thanks to @BarclaysUK at Hexham for making my 72 year old mum cry her eyes out after your disgusting customer service. You made her feel like a fraudster trying to get her own money out & didn't even check her card! She left with nothing except embarrassment. Shameful!!

@BarclaysUK Like removing all your counter staff after 2pm and making retail branches into app only, then not giving staff training to answer simple questions without queuing for a single open counter? Great way to save money and alienate customers 👏🏽👏🏽 Still can't even access my account!!!!

An odd day as I am leaving @BarclaysUK after 40 years. Their individual service has consistently got worse. There are no individual managers any more even for people who put lots of money through their accounts. Last straw: removal of automatic sweeps from current to savings. 1/2

@guzzicraig @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp The problem isnt the language,its the lack of service, lack of contact. The complaint handler has emailed me, I've replied but he's ignored my emails. That is plain rude in any language, or maybe my standards are too high for Barclays?

@BarclaysUK - HATE this bank now! Gone digital everywhere and cannot go into a bank to change a bank note to coins. HATE it. Get rid of this CEO! Bring someone who understands UK needs! Prefer @Metrobank where get happy face to face service. Opened a/c with them now. Transfer. UK

@uklottoservice @BarclaysUK She's an OAP and when she told your "Customer Service" rep that she can't afford your scummy £54 a month DD they said "What about £40 instead?" If you take anymore money from her account after we've told you we want to cancel it, we will report it

Rubbish service from @BarclaysUK today. My 11yo daughter just wants her own account. Can’t make an appointment in branch until 17/12, the video call booking breaks every time we get close to an appointment. 40 minute wait to speak at the counter. One disappointed girl.

@BarclaysUK Very frustrating customer service :-O You close my accout - fine. I call you to transfer the funds. It cannot be done. You have wiped all my payees. You need to 'post' me a telephone banking code or I need to send you a letter! Welcome to the 1990's. Really.
