    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK Barclays Branch Knowle SOLIHULL I went to your branch today to complete an urgent banking matter at 2.30pm to find the doors locked ! A notice said that you now close at 2pm !! How does this fit with you promising to help ? Do you not want business anymore ?

    @BarclaysUK I tried today but the app doesnt allow you to talk to 1 of your banking team, Also 2 calls and spent 15/20 minutes trying to get through your bloody awful telephone automated answering service, to talk to a human, then pit me through to tje wrong dept, diabolical,

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysBizChat Branches closed, no one answering the phone - waiting 30 mins so far, chat unable to help and message function not working. I have a problem of your making. So glad I pay you a fee every month for my business to be ignored. 😡😡
