@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

@BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

@xrbham @BarclaysUK You commit acts of vandalism, which will take time and energy, using resources such as water, electricity and maybe petrol to remove the graffiti from the pavement. @BarclaysUK home after over 3 weeks in hospital, I was told, "I have many 99 year old customers who use online banking very well." Is this the caring face of Barclays Bank? Is the the official line? She is ex-staff and has always been proud of working for them.
