  @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

  Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?

  I can confirm that @Barclaycard @BarclaysUK are in bed with the Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds The scammers at Barclays will WITHHOLD information about how you used their website, and the FOS won't press them for evidence. #Barclays trade with impunity.

  @BarclaysUK your service is absolutely appalling, you are driving my company bankrupt, how can you hold my money for “fraud” when HMRC released it! Joke! To add to the pain all the fraud staff seem to be on annual leave at the same time! Poor Reigate branch must be sick of us!

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!
