    @BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... i use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing

    @BarclaysUK @firstdirect sorry guys - no other words, the app to pay Barclaycard bill direct is utter **** To pay you need code from your debit provider Log on to that & Barclaycard logs you off their app. Never been so frustrated Shambolic Woeful Inept Wasting life to pay a bill

    @BarclaysUK gutted you're shutting down #Pingit in June, it's been a great tool for my mum and I. Can you reassure us that we'll still be able to send money to each other via the Barclays mobile app as easily as we have been doing?

    @barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

    What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

    Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!

    @BarclaysUK if you want me to remain a customer, stop advertising to me about buy to let mortgages. Your salivation at the profit from an industry which is driving up homelessness and the cost of living is a truly disgusting look. Making me consider alternatives.

    @MrRedPyramid @BarclaysUK We shall see. I have no problem giving them a chance to put it right. But being told by Barclays themselves “this is fine, you have no grounds for complaint” then the insurance team giving me £20 but that it was “resolved within their guidelines” does make me wonder.

    @BarclaysUK Hello, I tried to phone Barclys but it just says use the chat function on the app, where "colleagues are waiting to help". But it's just a computer thing, and useless. Is that the thing I'm supposed to be talking to?

    @BarclaysUK I am in need of Help regarding my mortgage application. At every point there is a hurdle and 6 weeks later I still have no offer guaranteed and can’t seem to progress further. We have moved off a fixed rate after being promised we will not be out of pocket we will be!

    @barclaysuk your service is shocking! 2 months of calls and signing forms, daily branch visits and many calls to many depts and the issue is still not resolved. I have put in a complaint on 15th October and still haven’t heard from you. I would appreciate a response.

    @BarclaysUK blocked my card, it's good that transactions are checked for fraud, but it's not acceptable to block a customers card and then expect you to call them !!!
