@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

@BarclaysUK my sons rugby club account keeps getting frozen after they have letters saying everything is fine. This is all run by volunteers who can’t always call between 9-5 to sort it out. It is terrible service and very annoying for grassroots sport. Sort it out. Awful.

@ellencmanning @BarclaysUK Sadly any sort of efficient #CustomerService these days is unachievable. The bigger the company, the worse the service. The exception in my opinion is @OctopusEnergy who are usually great and focused on the customers' needs, a real rarity
