@BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... i use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing

@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

Trying to contact @BarclaysUK by phone is a nightmare. Say what your call’s about, press this, press that. 10 minutes of this nonsense only to be told the wait time is 40 minutes. What a shambolic service.

@BarclaysUK Whilst in my nearest branch asked about appointments to sort out a savings account issue as it can't be done over phone or online. Was told nothing till October. You've completely lost the plot where customer service is concerned.

And whilst I am complaining about @BarclaysUK, the form is a real dofus. It asks you to write a codeword on the form so that if they call you about the personal information on the form you can check that it is really them ... see the problem? ...
