@BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... u use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing

@barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

@BarclaysUK trying to get hold of someone in your mandate team. Can’t use email. Mandate team isn’t available on the chat option. Only thing is a direct phone number. Which no-one answers. So what do you expect customers to do? Terrible service for a business account.

@JamesJustLives @BarclaysUK Yes Barclays. You have a problem. I made a payment twice last week. Just NEARLY done again. The confirmation screen isn’t coming up and it’s as if the payment hasn’t gone. I did raise this on the app but it was assumed human error. It’s not. It’s your app. It’s glitching!

Had a letter from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp today regarding a charity account I am involved with saying I need to ring in the next 10 working days. I rang the number and there is a 2 hour wait to speak to someone! This kind of customer service is appalling.
