@BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

@BarclaysUK Have tried on 5 separate phone calls to your customer service team for mortgages and have still been unsuccessful in getting a refund back from you. I am now in week 7. I will be applying interest soon. Please could you get back to me about this.

@BarclaysUK, I have applied for mortgage at Barclays. My solicitor has requested a decision on an allowance I am receiving from the seller and your team has not replied on it since a month. Can you please help me sort it out? Or I will loose the property deal.

@BarclaysUK 3 hours on hold online to try and set up a childs bank account. 1 hour of that hold was after the service had closed, yet no notification from the system! Obviously we didn't get through! Not the first time of trying either. Very poor service

@BarclaysUK Actually it’s more complicated than “it may be a scam if someone contacts you about an inheritance”. If it’s not a scam then it’s still a “scam” because “heir finders” want 30% of your inheritance. Tipped off, do your own genealogy gratis. You need no help beyond a DNA search.

So it’s cost me £260.24 to put my phone back to full working order (replaced) for a repair likewize should have got right first time. Not happy - @BarclaysUK are you going to refund my repair costs for fixing my phone likewize/wefix messed up? 3/3

@BarclaysUK I am trying to pay off my secondary mortgage, got redemption statement for initial mortgage and paid off. Trying to get any help is impossible. Chat not monitored, email not monitored, phone 40 minutes waiting then cut off. Ffs what sort of customer service is this?

@BarclaysUK I have raised request 3 time to close my account. Every time your support executives are saying "account will be closed within 1-2 days" (it started on August 23). It is a frustrating experience. Please can you look into it. I cant waste time anymore. Thanks
