    @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

    @BarclaysUK I can't log into my account online to view my new mortgage because it wants me to use PINsentry, but I don't have a PINSentry device and there is no PINsentry option in my app despite your help page stating there should be. How can I get access to my online account?

    @BarclaysUK your app is terrible and staff on phone worse. Not working whilst trying to sort out new mortgage rate. Not impressed
