    Simply astounds me that a corporation as big as @Barclays @BarclaysUK can be so consistently poor when it comes to service. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.

    Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).

    Concerned about my @BarclaysUK current account being suspended without prior notice, explanation, or any indication of fraud. All transactions were normal & routine. Called support—they could not provide a reason & said a letter is coming.

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    Please help. I have not had access to my money with @BarclaysUK for over 10 working days with no comms or response to my complaint that they had confirmed would be responded to no later than yesterday. I am at my wit's end. Can you help please? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

    @BarclaysUK how do I contact yourselves as I cannot use the phone. The website says use the Barclays chat, this doesn't work as the app says Chat is not available. I just want to know when I will get the switch offer?
