I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

There's a msg us option but autoresponse says call. Why can't my query be solved with text/email? This violates access rights re: Equality Act. Is this unreasonable?

Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.
