Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

I was very disappointed I gave up and put the phone down on him !

Now ringing to complain and in a 40 minute q. Your service is terrible more staff may help - just saying!
