Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

So, having not used it for some many years (and a customer of 41 years) @BarclaysUK have just cancelled my agreed overdraft facility! The point of having one is if I might need to use it. Not cancel it because I don't currently use it...appalling! 😡

@BarclaysUK I’ve been waiting OVER 90 minutes on the app to get some help and OVER 40 minutes on call. This is poor customer service. You automative system are unable to help with my query. When I visit your branch I get told go on the app can’t be served at the branch??

@BarclaysUK received a letter stating getting a refund, it states refund within 30 days. Rang the helpline number and says 50 days, try and speak to someone and it is impossible with up to 2 hours waiting times!!! Anyone else having these issues?! When do I get the refund??
