Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Visited prior to get correct info & attended today with 88 yr old dad (hearing&mobility issues) to action changes as advised after wife of 60 yrs died. Refused help, no empathy. Appt made but now no text confirmation. ??

If you require attendance in person then open more branches or employ more people or at least have the people you employ remember they are there to provide a service.
