Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Manager (Mike / staff ID: G01174631) claims he’s too busy to speak to me, refusing to provide his surname & hiding behind the T1 team. Is this how you treat a Customer of > 25 years.

However, the branch is only open Monday to Friday 9-3.30 and video banking appointments finish at 3pm, Monday to Friday!! He's at school.... Only solution I can think of is going with a different bank.
