For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

Walked into bank next door, opened new account, and deposited foreign currency cheque in under 15 minutes. The benefits of a 28 year banking relationship are basically zero.
