Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Yay! (@yay2yay) reported@BarclaysUK I tried to cancel my business account and called several numbers which was provided by Barclays app chat support. No one picks up any of it for hours, calls drop and I am not eligible to do it via online banking. It’s frustrating. 👎
