    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @JokersWildUK A bank is a place that will lend you money.....if you can find one that is still open. They @BarclaysUK are all closing down in my area. Three in the last year! Disgraceful.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp after spending 40min on hold & 30min on a call you hang up. business banking customer service is appalling at least & in most instances nonexistent.We have no business relationship manager to speak of,so no help is EVER received? What now????

    Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your chat function on the app is extremely frustrating but what’s worse is going through multiple menus on phone banking to try and speak to a human to solve the issue, only to be forced back to using the useless app chat. Please help!!!
