Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

I've called four times and been told the payment is on the way. Two months later it hasn't arrived. I've made a formal complaint which hasn't been dealt with. Please help!

I’m a volunteer…I can’t spend that time. And you only answer Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. Useless service for which we pay £500 a year.
