Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

@BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, I've been into branch today trying to use counter services. I work in the week, 8-4.30/5. Can you advise how people in my situation get around this problem? Counted at least 15 customers who also came into branch needing the same service 🤷

@BarclaysUK Why should I when you closed my local branch due to the 'push to online banking' and lower footfall even though we have just been through a pandemic and restricted hours were in place with limited access to number of people allowed on premises.!!!!!
