    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK Banking in Guiseley today, 2 windows,5 people before me in the queue, by the time I got to the counter 6 behind me. This is a branch you are closing. People don’t want apps & phone banking, we want humans , cash, because cash is still king you know & proper service.

    @Joses_World @Barclays @BarclaysUK Indeed I have personally spoken to three people with the same issues. And even an insurance broker that called exactly why I was having problems and who with withought me having to say anything. Its becoming common knowlage.

    Forgotten how awful bank branches can be. Have to pay in cheque at @BarclaysUK for PoA. Can’t use machines because the POA card issued by bank doesn’t work in them. No sign of human help at front desk and massive queue for only staffed desk.

    I have opened a current account with Barclays and have to link it with my credit card this issue I am facing from more than a month called many times to customer service & visited branch twice but still it’s not resolved very disappointed please resolve it @Barclays @BarclaysUK

    @thatlaurawrites @BarclaysUK Far too common Branch Staff need better training Not treating Customers with hostility and suspicion would be a good start Banks do ‘death’ very badly on the whole. It’s all about them, not the grieving and vulnerable customer on front of them

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK I continue to face several technical difficulites with Barclays. 1) Mobile app on Andriod is not user friendly and slow. 2) Mobile Contactless payment on Android is only possible via the App which requires me to login every 2 to 3 days. 🧵

    @WhatNowDoc @Barclays @BarclaysUK Correct there error as it stated in the small print “no errors for this TT will be attributed to us!” So 1 week after they eventually paid back the fee (plus a load of interest) we dumped them like the crooks they are. Never to be trusted
