  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it.   @Barclays @BarclaysUK "We are working to improve our telephone banking systems" - Barclays Telephone banking automated voice. I never see it improve. It only ever gets worse. This has been the case for the past 25 years.

  @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

  @BarclaysUK Hi, I am having trouble finding the barclays app on the play strore. I am using a new Samsung Galaxy tab 9plus OS 15 with ui and security all upto date. Barclays say the app is compatible with my device but it won't show up on the play store. Help!

  @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

  Anyone else’s @BarclaysUK app been complete dog **** the last couple months? Constant ******* glitches, stupid messages about jail broken phones even when your phone isn’t jail-broken? I cannot ******* stand it, recommend a better bank cause in all ears
