    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK Crazy what’s happening to your banking services in the UK, just waited an hour (no fault of the branch) because they’re operating a walk-in service with 3 members of staff. Meanwhile at Lloyd’s up the road they had around 8 staff, all happy to help. Come on guys..

    @BarclaysUK,absolutely ******* useless.Trying to setup the Barclays app on a new device as it won’t let me log in.Been sitting here for 4 ******* hours waiting for this to be sorted, still nothing.Given a number now to contact. But of course it’s a charging by the minute number.

    @BarclaysUK The new on line purchase confirmation has gone live today, except it isn't working. I get no notifications in the app to confirm the purchase. And from today no text. Tried calling and got hung up on 3 times. Is this a known bug?

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK Escalate a DD indemnity claim in respect of an incorrect payment. Manager (Mike / staff ID: G01174631) claims he’s too busy to speak to me, refusing to provide his surname & hiding behind the T1 team. Is this how you treat a Customer of > 25 years.
