This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. Who should I contact? Thanks

I left UK in June-2020 amidst Covid and no longer have access to the account or the linked UK mobile number. Despite my mails, the account has not been closed. Please close the account ASAP

Nope, their system delays it. So when you set a new one up the same day, the delay CANCELS your new one. Default payment attempt.
