@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK so your online messaging app is awful, and your phone service even worse. Trying to pay off my overdraft after switching accounts, and the latest advice I got was to go into a bank with the cash! Been trying for a month to pay it off

Such terrible process from @barclaysuk when wanting to open a new ISA. Need an appointment at my local branch but the only way to book and appointment is to GO TO the branch: no online or direct branch phone to book in. It's 2023, get with the times.
