@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK Don't need an iPhone but a support for contactless Google Pay on Android. Your app constantly keeps on asking to log on to be able to pay in the worst possible moments. Very unprofessional.

@HSBC_UK Has got a new feature, if you receive £1500 into your account, you will get that money into your acc but can't use it for for next 48Hrs and they call the feature as transfer checking. Bad customer service. I think @BarclaysUK is a good switch from @HSBC_UK
