    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK For about six months my new Android phone & your up to date app tell me this every time I login, you can't use mobile payments right now. How about fix this before promoting new stuff / competitions? Customer since 1999, but now moving to another bank!

    @BarclaysUK Well finally found the issue, without notice Barclays had disable mobile payments on their systems... All that stress I had could have been avoided with a simple message, not very happy but glad to see it sorted.

    My recommendation is empty your bank accounts as soon as you possibly can, the banks are really slowing down on lending and more importantly are being obstructive when you want to withdraw your own money @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Good afternoon. My solicitor asked me to log in to all my accounts via their link ,they call this DIRECT ID. Are you aware of that way to confirm your ID? Is anything to worry about? Thanks

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK I have opened an account on 24th Jan , I got the card after 2 or 3 days. But yet to get my ATM pin. I spoke in the chat service but don't think my issue is resolving.such a awaful experience with your service.

    @BarclaysUK tell me why my family have been left without a working door for nearly 3 months because you guys won't cover your end of section 75 and fix our front door???? Please answer back. Tried to email but that was a week ago and no reply????
