Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @Barclays: after having spent 60 mins holding the line for your telephone banking team I got 'lucky' and a human answered only to advise he could not resolve the issue and put me back to square one meaning having to go through your telephone banking checks again

@BarclaysUK If a customer is on the phone to you, to and fro sorting something out and u fail to mention that you've sent a notice out that ends up seriously harming their credit file but you've actually sent it to the wrong address so the customer doesn't even know, would u rectify this ?

@BarclaysUK looked on your website to look at branch opening times for hight street Bedford saw closed today Thursday. Saw another branch kempston. So came to that one. Only to find it closed down! Doesn’t say on website it’s shut. Waste of my time going there in my wheelchair 🦼
