    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK I’m already a Barclaycard customer, I can switch my card to the Avios Plus but it won’t take effect until my statement date which is after the offer deadline. Will I still be a eligible as I’ll be initiating the switch beforehand?

    @DanielaTouskova @BarclaysUK I only found out when a customer said their direct debit had been cancelled!! Have managed to switch to Starling... in about 8 hours. I'm planning on making a complaint

    @Rogerfoi @BarclaysUK I have been complaining since August. To no avail. Trying my luck with the Financial Ombudsman now. If that won't help, I guess I will never see the money again. They keep changing the story depending on who I talk to. Not one official letter though.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK Had worst experience with customer support centre of Barclays UK being a customer. No support system no one wants to sort problems. Call centre wasting time and branch is doing the same… Horrible services
