    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @Barclays we sent request on 12 Sept asking for a letter confirming ownership of our account. Without it we can’t collect payments from our members and as a grassroots community club we desperately need to be able to do this. Please can someone help? @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK You certainly made mine and many EX-PATS money disappear when Diamond,Varley and Agius ALLOWED Barclays Bank Spain to issue mortgages on ILLEGAL properties in Spain. All my evidence will be sent to your major shareholders of the MOST DISHONEST BANK IN THE WORLD.

    @BarclaysUK hi my uncle is blind and banks with you. My mother normally visits him to give him money, this is no longer possible. Do you offer a service where we can arrange to have money sent to his home from his account, it would need to be in five pound notes?

    @BarclaysUK Barclays are losing customers due to the laziness of the still using the pandemic to close early whilst other active banks are now getting back to normal.Staff stop working 2pm then direct the poor customers to the cash machines.Too many staff around doing very little

    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to get through to this bank. I have wanted to close my account for 3 days - you are directing people to the app where you cannot close the account and then you direct to CHAT which after 30 mins tell customers it cannot help. There is no email address
