    @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

    Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    It’s completely bonkers that you’re increasing the Blue ‘Rewards’ fee to £5 which is the same amount as the reward! I mean what’s the point? Couldn’t make it up. It’s more of a slap in the face. Been your customer for 22 years!! @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    And now 50 mins. I don’t get how @BarclaysUK call this a customer service team or service when no one answers, you are left on hold interminably and there is no time expectation management. At the beginning of the call, the message said the wait was 5/10 mins …

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK Had worst experience with customer support centre of Barclays UK being a customer. No support system no one wants to sort problems. Call centre wasting time and branch is doing the same… Horrible services

    Be very careful with @BarclaysUK ! Went to deposit £2000 in one of their machines in branch, after spitting £20 back out the machine shut down. Barclays slowly, very rudely and grudgingly “dealt” with the issue by claiming only £1895 was deposited even though I had no £5 notes.

    @Rogerfoi @BarclaysUK I only found out when my card was rejected at stores. At that time account was not closed yet but I was locked out of the interbanking having lost access to my own money. If this is not criminal, I don't know what is.

    @Rogerfoi @BarclaysUK I have been complaining since August. To no avail. Trying my luck with the Financial Ombudsman now. If that won't help, I guess I will never see the money again. They keep changing the story depending on who I talk to. Not one official letter though.

    I have waited an hour so far @BarclaysUK in St Albans branch - to make a CHAPS payment which I can’t do online/phone. Unable to book an appointment - forced into waiting. There is only one member of staff serving in the personal banking area. APPALLING service
