I spoke to one of yours for 2mins, put on hold for 10 mins spoke to different person for 2mins and she put the phone down on me. Problem unresolved. Rachel Martin (@RachelM32640233) reported@BarclaysUK I’ve received a RG21k message when I try to log into my Barclays app. I have been using the app successfully for a few years without any problem. I do not want to have to go into a bank as so many have shut down or have reduced working hours resulting in long queues.
