@BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... u use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing

@BarclaysUK,absolutely ******* useless.Trying to setup the Barclays app on a new device as it won’t let me log in.Been sitting here for 4 ******* hours waiting for this to be sorted, still nothing.Given a number now to contact. But of course it’s a charging by the minute number.

@BarclaysUK 2 things. Anyone on the phones? Been on hold for nearly an hour and got better things to be doing. Your on hold music is truly, truly, awful. Just awful. Headache inducing. Do you hope people hang up instead of waiting to speak to someone? Just answer the phone!!!

@BarclaysUK 2 (of 6) business accounts completely disappeared from online banking and now on hold for 92 minutes. Meaning no staff can be paid until we can access OUR money. I realise I’m just shouting in to the void

@BarclaysUK you should be embarrassed by the customer service you provide your clients via the live chat option. Been trying to sort out an issue with your app for the last 4.5 hours and still no resolution. Just a lot of apologising & waiting for someone to actually reply.

@BarclaysUK then implied we are trying to fraudulently access her account. She is now worried sick they said we do a home visit now told you don’t do this but was offered it. I’m so frustrated we have no help at all
