    @barclaysuk @Brightstar Why can I not register a Garmin Venu 2 on the Tech Pack website? I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

    Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

    @BarclaysUK @firstdirect sorry guys - no other words, the app to pay Barclaycard bill direct is utter **** To pay you need code from your debit provider Log on to that & Barclaycard logs you off their app. Never been so frustrated Shambolic Woeful Inept Wasting life to pay a bill

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK stood in the queue outside your Teddington Branch. Are you staff on a go-slow or is Covid still the catch-all excuse for poor customer service? Teddington Branch and Colne branches both closed down...not impressed!

    @BarclaysUK The service we received was terrible. Very unfriendly and unhelpful gentleman when my husband rang. We have taken our custom elsewhere. Not impressed with Barclays at all.

    I feel a tad sad that Barclays is shutting down @Pingit on June 30th. If anyone was ahead of the fintech and API-led payment curve and should have taken that industry in the UK - it should have been @BarclaysUK with PingIt.

    @BarclaysUK If you really want to help customers with money matters why dont you allow them to reduce their overdrafts themselves via the app or website? Not everyone likes telephone banking @Barclays @MartinSLewis

    @BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... i use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing
