I've been refused manual registration as the device cannot be found. The site lists a Venu 3 which does not exist! Very poor, may look at going elsewhere if we cannot register this device.

My father in law asked the local branch to help & they just sent him away telling him to fit new batteries. Not ideal considering a tiny screw needs removing etc. Any chance of you sending a new one?
