    Just visited the @BarclaysUK branch in St. Albans for a counter service only to find they close it at 2pm. Walked into bank next door, opened new account, and deposited foreign currency cheque in under 15 minutes. The benefits of a 28 year banking relationship are basically zero.

    @BarclaysUK I’m trying to apply for a current account through the app but when asked to enter my personal details from my passport, the continue button doesn’t activate. I’ve entered all fields, so not sure what the problem is?

    @BarclaysUK 1 year ago, i was trying to invest in crypto and i found this mentor on instagram and i asked for his help to invest and at the time i didnt know anything about how to invest, he scammed me using my Barclays account and now i have a cifas marker on my name i need help

    not @BarclaysUK sending an error code every single time you try to do something online because you put anything other than "british" as your nationality and then not being able to see anyone in person either.

    I’ve used the @BarclaysUK Smartpay anywhere for over a week now. It’s awful. The battery lasts around 3 hours. The App is clunky. The device doesn’t process the transaction roughly 1/5 times. Customer service was average at best. @SumUp works a lot better.

    @BarclaysUK I have been trying to close my account for days and your online chat keeps experiencing 'technical glitches' constantly re connecting me to different departments and colleagues and making me go through the whole process over and over. Your customer service is rubbish

    @BarclaysUK Why did you block off my credit card(exp 3.27), leaving me with nothing.Then send a new card by post today 4 years before needed? POOR SHOW. Tesco threatening to cut off phone for non payment. Long period waiting to speak to adviser. CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT
