@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK just had to leave half my shopping as when I came to do a bank transfer before paying, the app was down. Surely common courtesy to let your customers know? Or is that me expecting too much

Because its banking way forward! Close branches, and release updates for mobile banking that don't work ! Then make us wait
