@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

@BarclaysUK I've been in the queue for over an hour to speak to a video banker to open my daughter a bank account. This is the second time I've tried to do this. The first time I had to give up after 30 minutes. This is terrible customer service.

@BarclaysUK 3) what did she do, put me through to India who could not understand and she cut me off. Tried to speak to Jess again and she finished work at 3pm and said she would call me Monday. Fat lot of good! Rubbish service. Ended up buying laptop on debit card. Waste of time

@BarclaysUK wow Barclays do it again just had the worst service possible in your edmonton brunch first get passed over because the first one wanted to her sister the asked the next one can we sit down due to my medical condition to be told no how many more times does this happen
