@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

@AltcoinSara About the time @BarclaysUK disabled access to all my bank accounts citing ‘AML’ and legally didn’t have to tell me why, leaving me without funds. Eventually restored access without an apology and retained a few thousand pounds as part of their investigation. Scumbags.

.@BarclaysUK 1) Could not download statements. Tried Chrome, FF, iOS & Android apps. 2) Could not speak with anyone using the phone number (it is not 24x7 as claimed within the error message) 3) There is no chat option inside the app (As claimed on the website) Come on!

So, found out today that out of the 3 local branches of @BarclaysUK, they are closing another. So I have a branch 1 mile away that I try to avoid because of all the problems I have with the staff there, one in my mum's home town, 21 miles away which is closing, and one 29 miles..

@musomatthall @Barclays @BarclaysUK I had exactly the same issue. Picture showing very slanted image and Cp029 error code. Took photo on black background and worked perfectly.
