Made a simple request via chat to arrange a large cash withdrawal, 3 days later still not sorted, visited the bank and collection not available. Branches being closed, staff reduced, hours in replying. Been with you 35 years 😡😡

"You can setup up face ID or Touch ID, it does sometimes still ask for the pin" If it "sometimes" still asks for a PIN it still needs a PIN, and if I could remember PINs I wouldn't have these problems in the first place. Sheesh. @BarclaysUK
