@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK service status on your website says your APP is working fine... it isn't.... an hour ago same service status said under maintenance.... so clearly someone isn't updating the site correctly

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞

@BarclaysUK Hi! I called from overseas last week to close my account. I am supposed to receive my statements for the last 5 years through email. I received an email saying my statement is now available to view online. I tried to log into my Barclays account, but there's an error.

@BarclaysUK Is your video calling service currently working? I’m trying to open two BarclayPlus accounts without going into a branch but there is no Video Call option available within the app and the separate Video calling app needs a link to be sent to it
