  @BarclaysUK The csv download of transactions from my Barclaycard account using the Barclays online banking truncates the pennies making it useless. For example, a transaction of £10.56 will be £10.00 in the downloaded file. Is this a known issue?

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp since last update Android app is horrific, crashes all the time, on opening, login, transfers, using the pinsentry everything crashes. Please fix or disable the pinpad requirement from transfers as I cannot use my bank account for what I need

  @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help

  @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!

  @HalifaxBank pretty poor message service on you App! I asked a question FIVE hours ago, U didn’t get anyone to respond so closed down my question. Yet @BarclaysUK answered my App Message by a human in Seconds!! #Halifax if you’re closing branches improve your app human service!

  I can confirm that @Barclaycard @BarclaysUK are in bed with the Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds The scammers at Barclays will WITHHOLD information about how you used their website, and the FOS won't press them for evidence. #Barclays trade with impunity.
