    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

    @BarclaysUK I can receive my new card but these went unanswered. Calling Barclays has also been A dead end Because I cannot get through one of the security questions. I have emailed them. We end up going round and round in circles. I challenge Barclays to help me solve my problem

    @barclays @barclaysuk @barclaysukhelp - over a hour on hold & still no answer. My battery is going to run out before I get to speak to anyone at this rate. How much longer am I meant to wait before giving up? But then I’ll just get the same again tomorrow. Service is appalling!

    @BarclaysUK why do you offer a chat feature if none of your colleagues reply apart from to tell me who they are and they are ‘happy to help me’? I’ve been trying for 2 days to resolve a minor issue and none of your colleagues have managed it yet 😤
