@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@kevinstewartgsy @Barclays @BarclaysUK They are awful. We’ve been trying to get hold of them for 5 days now. We only have 10 business days to resolve this. We actually provided them with info back in November and i think the person we dealt with didn’t upload our documents. Ridiculous.

@BarclaysUK She transferred the amount to my Monzo account & I paid it from there. Funnily enough there were no issues with Monzo. Knackered old legacy banks aren't really with it when it comes to 2FA & I should know because I work for one. All shite.

Why is it so impossible to speak to someone @BarclaysUK had a letter to call and it’s 2hours wait on phone that no one is answering. Tried Apple chat and no one answered that either! How do I make a complaint without phoning?!

.@BarclaysUK you keep asking me to ring you about KYC details for our church account. But when I call you it’s a two hour wait on the phone! I’m a volunteer…I can’t spend that time. And you only answer Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. Useless service for which we pay £500 a year.

@barclaysuk What’s the point of having a contact us telephone symbol 📞 if your website contains no telephone numbers. I have an urgent request for the release of 3 documents relating to 2 x mortgages and a secured loan. No access to the app. Thanks.
