@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

I paid £19.99 for the Fury v Paul fight from @btsport @BTSportBoxing and the entire stream on PC is basically unwatchable, the sound is in and out every other second. I am fuming! No apps, no support, phone and tablet stream is poor also. 🚨👎
