@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

Big mistake here from @btsport The UFC is the only reason alot of people subscribe, and now they are charging PPV on the events! This definitely isnt gonna go down well!

@bt_uk Long story. My account was incorrectly cancelled, BT acknowledged the error and set up a new one, no o/s balance. Yesterday £2019.07 is taken for cancellation. Phone to resolve & complain and the customer service on offer, in particular from the first gentleman I spoke to (c.)
