@bt_uk Ok thanks for the replies. I do think this is something that needs to be looked at before 2025 because it effectively makes the service worse than it was before, and could leave vulnerable people without a means to communicate with the outside world. Thanks

@bt_uk Hi, my BT hub went solid orange in colour over an hour ago and have stayed that way. My father who lives 5 miles away has also had the same problem. Oxfordshire. Is there a problem? We’re running on very patchy 4G so difficult to call / log in to register faults. Thanks!

@bt_uk got the FTTP sorted. It’s working well but probably even better in the 10 days. I think Sky booster was interfering with the stability. Does that sound right? Thinking about tv now. Sky doesn’t seem to stay connected to BT.

Not even a fully fledged customer with @bt_uk yet & already beginning to regret it. 25 mins waiting to speak to someone on the phone & counting! I need @virginmedia in my new home area, they've always been spot on. #customerservicefail
