@Molteh @bt_uk We had this. So frustrating as FTTP. Cancelled and now Amy is the account holder.. same address, but new customer as far as BT were concerned. Got a free Hive hub, £39.99 for 150mb/s and pocketed £20 for their terrible home Hub on Shpock as we have Google mesh. Option for you!

I find it incredibly frustrating that I can’t use the @btsport app when I pay for the service via my @virginmedia subscription. At least the @SkySports app allows you to login using your Virgin Media account details.
