@bt_uk Ive been logged out of my BT sport account and now you don’t recognise my login details o matter how many times I change them. Spoke to 6 people ( including one time when you tried to palm me off to a guy at EE.) nobody knows what they are doing

@bt_uk Seriously, your service is awful. Everyone you speak to says it’s someone else’s sphere and then there is at least 15 minutes of tedious repetitive pop music. I’m so sick of it I’m not even sure I want anyone to call me back wasting more of my time

@bt_uk Hi Sian. Well I have had no internet for coming up to 2 weeks. Getting different information from people on the phone to on your team on here. Very disappointed in what normally has been good service all round but has totally gone downhill last couple of weeks….

@btsport I’m having significant video quality variation while using the BT Sport app on Apple TV. It’s likely not a connection/bandwidth issue as other streaming apps on the same TV work fine and in UHD quality. Any suggestions?

@bt_uk I’ve been told via phone call and text on several occasions that you’ll be calling me to sort out the issue I have with my bt sport. It’s been a month since I upgraded and still no call and still no bt sport.

@bt_uk Very disappointed trying to get better BT deal today. Family has been with BT (British Telecom) since 1950's & never changed to another provider. Loyalty seems to count for nothing these days. Can old phones be used with fibre as safety back up in power cuts @MartinSLewis

@bt_uk in SE London had no broadband since 1500 today and checked the website to see that we have a fix time of 2100hrs...tomorrow. Disgraceful service.
