@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@btsport Great service. London Irish v Sake not recorded as problems with transmission. Rugby highlights, only half of programme recorded because of Baseball from US.🤬 NOT impressed at all. I pay good money for your service and you didn't provide yesterday.

Been trying to speak to a real peron at #BT all morning, we have no landline phone. All you can get is a recorded message. We are not impressed and will be going elsewhere in future. Rubbish customer service @BT @bt_uk

@bt_uk please can you give me contact details to report an incident with one of your vehicles. The vehicle struck my wife's car this morning causing damage to the vehicle and also failed to stop. Fortunately the vehicle driving behind my wife has camera footage.
