@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@btsport What is wrong with your app? I’m using enhanced player and it’s like I’m streaming it off a dodgy source. It’s all pixelated. Really poor quality. Wi-Fi is fibre optic and everything else works fine.

Fairplay the @btsport app is garbage. I got superfast bt fibre and still every week have issues replaying events. Updated everything multiple times. How hard can it be to get a tidy service for something you pay for .. @EE

Genuinely @btsport app is the worst ******* app I have ever used, doesn't work on any device trying to watch UFC this morning. Watching it perfectly normally one min then it crashes

@StephenPhipps17 @btsport Same issue, absolute dogshit app, fights won’t load, when they do they play for a minute or so and keep freezing but the sound carries on, then it’s pixilated and then drop out saying video unavailable.

I’m guessing the UK woke up and is hammering @btsport ufc replays because its unwatchable right now. If it loads it crashes out shortly after playback. Shame - 25quid a month but not even sure where the problem is
