To fix it, he's got to take the computer in (again!) to a computer shop, which could expose him to COVID. Is there a way BT can fix it which reduces the COVID risks?

Roger Furness (@rogerafurness) reported@bt_uk Speedtest is good and within limits for connection speed. All WiFi devices struggling to consistently connect with poor WiFi speed, never had any problems before. Please remote check hub for problems. Hub has been reset with no change.

I switch to @Plusnet under a recommendation from a friend, a week into a new service, avg of 20Mbps and high ping for the past day or 2. Sort your 💩
