  @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

  @bt_uk Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. I have restarted hub and devices and still need help. Desktop google server on my mac won't load

  @bt_uk Thanks Paul, I tried that and it said everything was fine (although it wasn't!). It seems the issue is now resolved.... Was affecting most of the UK....
