    @bt_uk Well unfortunately when I called on Wednesday the lad was very definitely Indian and not very knowledgeable. I am now staying with Sky who have superior customer service.

    @bt_uk Emergency telecare fall/distress system. I get you can't guarantee a date but I got an email 7th stating the service would go live yesterday and then it just didn't!

    @bt_uk Sorry Paula don't buy the fact this was a difficult connection the adsl was live on the bt router just not authenticating so not a physical connection problem

    @bt_uk Nope, called @bt_uk this morning and was going to old address! Order cancelled and new hub here Mon or Tue. So….whole weekend without broadband service and inability to work
