@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk honestly, we're absolutely gutted having just also checked and online deal today is 3 months free and p&p waiver. Can you do anything for us? Can we cancel in cooling off period and reorder? She's a widow in her 70s living alone
