@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk Hi, our fibre internet is extremely slow. My phone and Xbox are getting really slow downloads of less than 1mbps and over 500 ms latency and 6% packet loss.

@bt_uk I have had such bad service and communications as during this last 4 months. We ordered fibre optic broadband on 23rd September and still no news. Really rubbish as you can't speak to Open Reach directly and BT blame them. I am at my wits end with you.
