    @martinjones1010 @bt_uk Only a week last year they left me with no broadband & no landline for 3 weeks also where I live no mobile signal so basically no method of communicating with the outside word bloody useless 🤬 and constantly have problems with broadband

    @bt_uk @D_i_Y @58N3W all things pandemic notwithstanding we're at wit's end trying to get BT to even investigate our broadband fault properly, let alone fix it........how many times can you send "the wrong kind of engineer" & now "the wrong and unsuitable replacement Hub" too!

    @bt_uk what a shambles, as a new Customer to BT , I regret moving to you , told my BT Equipment was coming today then to get a text from @RoyalMail to say sorry in a error Wee have sent your parcel to the wrong sorting office, so when will I get my equipment 😕

    @bt_uk Yes. It has been repeatedly cancelled by Openreach. However now spoken with them and they have asked me to DM as can solve the issue. I can give additional details once in DMs.
