    @bt_uk just had a scam call from a "BT" call centre saying I had problem with my BT internet connection from 01737850142. As I'm using virgin they were barking up the wrong tree. You need to get things like this stopped for more vulnerable people

    @bt_uk A factory reset of a hub with 2 working discs seems excessive for one disc that isn't working properly, especially as the hub itself has enough issues everytime you release a new firmware. I'll try (again, as I've already done it) re-setting up the disc

    @bt_uk For information I just checked my monthly bill and found that BT had overcharged me by about 20% due to some incorrect simple calculations. Not sure how many other customers suffer?? Perhaps you could offer Care to these and also help your billing department with simple maths?

    @bt_uk Hi, the engineer was not able to install my full fibre connection as he said the cable did not extend into my property. He said I would have to wait for the openreach property team to look at a solution and said this could take weeks. Can someone call me to discuss this?
