    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    I've been out of my broadband contract for TWO years paying £37.09 a month and @bt_uk conveniently never notified me that my contract had ended? During these tough times??? @bt_uk please run me my money because this isn't right!

    @bt_uk Why do I pay £60 a month for 900Mbps internet but only get 200Mbps😭and then the upload speed is even worst at about 5Mbps when it says 110 minimum

    @bt_uk Thanks… the problem is I don’t have an account so can only imagine it’s part of a huge mail shot. An organisation of your size surely has sustainability targets that mean you don’t need to send out millions of bits of paper telling me we can save paper together

    @bt_uk @DrSamColl Aye and as you prob know Sam my broadband has constantly dropped out when on work calls. Despite BT telling me there is no problem! (Neighbours also have problems!) They sent me a "free" replacement box only to then charge me £30 on my next bill for it...jokers.

    @bt_uk I’m waiting for a call back. I reported it online and was told there was a fault outside my home, yet when I tried to call I was asked to use the text service, which said everything was fine (it’s not)

    @ChallengeKanza @bt_uk With you. I pay a lot and never get promised fibre speeds. I added @bt_uk Sport last year and found it automatically renewed my broadband for 2 years as part of the 'deal' with little chance of escape. Such a con that admittedly I should have spotted. Stuck for now and not happy
