    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk I have been trying to make a formal complaint with your your customer service team but making no headway. Unauthorized charges which were disputed were added to my account after closure and further sold on to a credit collection agency. I need this dealt with ASAP!!!

    @virginmedia Your customer service is pointless and unhelpful, I’ve been without broadband and tv for weeks now, after numerous attempts to contact you I get cut off (which they warn you may happen and take your phone number to call you back which they don’t) @bt_uk new customer?

    @bt_uk this is really poor to have this thrust upon me; I’m already a @SkyMediaUK customer. I don’t need another contract. Where the cancellation fee is now in excess of £300.

    getting told at 11am by @BTCare that i’d be “entitled to approximately £502 due to identified poor service” instead of terminating my contract, only to be told at 6pm by the same guy i’m entitled to £0 because it was a whole 1mbps for 28 days not a full month 🤡🤡🤡

    @btsport your phone service is telling me I should contact your online service, but when I do that, your online service tells me to contact your phone service. This is dreadful!

    @bt_uk But it would still be more cost effective for me in the long run to just pay the cancellation fee and then rejoin as a new customer at the lower rate.

    @bt_uk Hi, why am I able to cancel my internet (due to the price hikes) and then rejoin as a new customer on the original lower rate I was on anyway. It just seems like a lot of messing around!

    @btsport I've tried to purchase your monthly very expencive sport pass £29.99... you must be doing exceptionally well riping customers off as it's turns out service is not available... so why offer it on you Web... scandalous...
