@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

So speaking with @bt_uk and the woman said that I must be too close to a bus stop thats why my speed is poo, 1 the router is at the back of house and nearest bus stop is 10mins away never heard so much **** in my life
