    @btsport your phone service is telling me I should contact your online service, but when I do that, your online service tells me to contact your phone service. This is dreadful!

    @bt_uk - Engineer arranged for an ongoing issue, this will be the 3rd visit. No sign of the engineer and no update #poorcustomerservice

    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk no broadband. Phone just direct to visual service which doesn’t work. Broadband test fails. NEED TO WORK

    @btbusinesscare @ofcom You can't even complain because they will always say that BT have not had enough chance to fix things. 2 years of bills messed up and now I have moved on to a better company I am struggling to even do that.

    @btbusinesscare Once again I find myself wasting valuable time trying to sort an issue. Your advisers won't talk to me because they say my account name is wrong - it isn't I'm looking at a bill! I want to take all our lines services somewhere else!!!!

    @bt_uk yet again kicked out again ******* like this is getting silly now my hub is years old and probably needs upgrading why when I call I can never speak to someone in person ? Simply not good enough so disappointed in you lot have some shame

    @bt_uk Hi still waiting for compensation for fault that lasted from December till March this year.Have spoken so many times and had fault logged and complaint escalated however still no compensation but you are on the ball taking out new higher payment for April.

    @bt_uk Thanks for the advice but I am not wasting more time, trying to get hold of you. Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.

    @bt_uk since my full fibre was installed my connection has been rubbish,you checker on the website found an issue your end but then I just get trapped in a ongoing loop of uselessness from your 'help bot'(which I can't actually type a reply to)how do I actually resort this issue?

    @bt_uk Can’t believe this. Obvious misdiagnosed as both neighbours and ours routers going down. Now I’ve had an email to say my router is being delivered…. to next door.

    @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?
