@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Yo @bt_uk , seems to be a service outage in bath uk, ba1 post code area. Did all the usual checks and followed all your online guides but still help. Its out of hours so cant call anybody.

@bt_uk is one the worst company I have dealt with 7 weeks and still no broadband or TV quick enough to take their direct debit, no custom service. Advised go down the shop and buy the parts I need. What am I paying for.

@bt_uk My issue still hasn’t been resolved ? A member of staff said they would book in an engineer to look at my unreliable line and call me back and they still haven’t. I seriously can’t be paying £24 p/m for less they 4 mps, please get back to me

@bt_uk Can we not stop with these band-aids to the network and actually push for something better than 300meg as the next generation (still not hitting the bulk of houses)? VM Have had gig on DOCSIS for enough time. This is one heck of a slow rollout to something already old.
