    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

I received a letter from BT advising me to go online/ use the BT app, to check my balance/pay my bill & avoid a late-payment charge (£7.50). I've never done this, I've always had a paper bill & paid that way. Water bill arrived ok...
