@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@cliveagran I'm thinking right now @bt_uk is the worst offender. Spent nearly 1/2 an hour this morning with the "Thank you for holding..." msg before getting bumped off. Called back to find out staff were on a training course or something. Now waiting again, nine minutes and counting.....

@bt_uk Now in 3rd week of no broadband. I have rung everyday & been promised a call back. It never happens. The date of the fix changes every day. "BT is committed to providing excellent customer service" is utter sh*te, isn't it? You've even cancelled my right to cancel!

@bt_uk broadband has now been down for 3 hours, some vague promise to get it back in another 5 but no information about calling in the benefits of a Halo 2 contract. Useful reminder that renewal is in 2 months
