@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk I know the storm caused problems but communication from the communication Company would be good. I've had no Internet since the storm and have reported the fault, and was just told it will be 5 days, nothing else.we work from home and need the Internet.

@bt_uk my broadband has been down all day. I used the tech bot and it did a line check. It said it was a local issue and would be fixed in 4 hours. It still isn't. I'm in the NE64 postcode area.
