@bt_uk We were initially told it was an issue near the exchange and could be fixed remotely but could be 4 days to fix. Online messaging with your team then resulted in an engineer being booked “just in case” but without a working connection we can’t work from home!

@bt_uk The TV’s app. 02100 and 01119 are the errors, also saw 01114 a few times. Apple TV is as bad as it is for other users, Netflix appears to be ok, just iplayer that’s not working.

@bt_uk is your wifi down in Chelmsford? We lost service in our house an hour ago. We can’t get ahold of anyone online or by phone . Really disappointing as your service only just started working for us after 4 months…

@RupGeneva @bt_uk This only happens during peak times, during the day I’ll get 30-40Mbps (still crap but that’s the best we’ve ever got), then as soon as it gets to the evening, it just drops to what I posted above. Only started having this problem recently, we’ve been with BT for a while now.

@bt_uk It’s the whole street that are having issues! I’m still having the engineers out as you think there’s no issue but myself and 5 other houses that I’m aware off are all having issues. All BT or EE
