Ive not had my @bt_uk broadband properly since Thursday. With no estimated fix time/date, I am unsure if the streams will happen this week. Please bare with me whilst I try and get it sorted and apologises for lack of being in streams 😔

Thank you @bt_uk Had an issue today with no internet access. Sent a DM to them who identified the fault, offered to send out new hub and activated mini hub so can continue to have access in the meantime. Hopefully can work from home tomorrow!

Why do I always have problems watching @CAFCofficial match passes? Only thing I steam that always buffers every couple of minutes. Obviously having Internet with @bt_uk doesn't help.

If like to congratulatr @bt_uk for being the worst Internet provider, they can lie to you, cancel orders without telling you and cause you to travel over 100 miles to be bale to work and they think £5 is decent compensation

@bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.
