@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Four support chat sessions, 2 scheduled engineer visits (with no one coming over), @bt_uk is still unable to provide broadband connection to my flat in the middle of London. It has been 8 days and counting. Anyone have a broadband provider recommendation other than BT?
