@bt_uk It goes red, purple and an orange colour before returning to blue lights. Not sure about the hybrid connect package but both mobiles on EE network.

@jackAJmorgan @btsport My understanding is games not on a channel cant be cast...so live streams only. Only solution is to watch on laptop and cast chrome tab...but if you full screen it, it won't work...

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.
