    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk BT, my contract is up for renewal been with you for services over 25 years, no one contacted me, I’ve asked for fibre for 5 years as line down my country lane is constantly damaged doesn’t hold 40/10 well. You say talk to @openreach, they say it’s you, you say it’s them, 1/2

    @bt_uk fibre to pole was expected over 3 yrs ago, your engineers know the line down my lane to 10 properties is no good, but at 1.3mile from the new fibre cab they also tell us BT no intention of delivering services to us as ploughing digital@in to Doncaster for £££££ sort it 2/2

    @bt_uk absolutely deplorable service still. 2 months of false promises and still no internet. What's worse, now our temp hub has been shut off so we have no way to work from home. Cancelled account after cancelled account and no progress!

    @btsport How do I cancel my subscription? I keep getting charged for the monthly pass but when I log into my account it just asks if I want to renew my subscription. I've also changed my payment method on there and it's still being taken from my old payment method.
