@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk I've upgraded my Halo package. I don't need a home expert visit, but I can't cancel online. It's inconvenient to have to call to cancel something that isn't required. The service should automatically update, as I don't need a new hub. Thanks

For the 2nd test match @btsport need to sort the coverage of #ashes out stop using the aussie feed, I.e Commentators, score round wrong way, surely u can get some English comms in and ur own graphics, @SkyCricket would NEVER be this awful
