    @bt_uk engineer came to setup broadband. Couldn’t do it. BT solution was to cancel my order. Order couldn’t be cancelled by system - has been raised to DI team for manual cancel, told can take 5 days. Only then can re-process order. What is escalation process?

    @tweedtotyne @bt_uk I had this problem when I started working from home, some years before covid. There was a significant difference between speed measured by BT and by my employers IT specialists via my laptop. An ethernet cable solved it, and then later BT upgraded my hub.

    @tweedtotyne @bt_uk Trying to speak to a living human at Barclaycard is similarly problematic. Not one of their phone/on line options addressed my issue. But it did give an address for writing a letter ...... huh.
