@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Swift relocation to a neighbours to host today's Collections Network meeting thanks to @bt_uk absolutely shonky broadband provision. 4th engineer coming out tomorrow but I am about 2 more crashes away from finding an alternative provider.

@bt_uk HELP please! I have an old debt to BT (which I have actually paid back in 2019) still appearing on my Experian credit report. Experian are saying that only BT can authorise them to amend anything so please can I speak to somebody about this?
