@bt_uk Apparently lots of reports of internet down in Edinburgh. I've been told Thursday before anyone can come to look at it. Can you confirm if this is being looked at quickly? Thursday is not much good when you work from home.

@bt_uk Hi, yes .... "Broadband - Current Service Issue Estimated fix time: Sorry, we can't provide a fix time at the moment. Please check again later." This has been the status for the last THREE HOURS and have now had the problem for FOUR!

@bt_uk I told the operatives. They ignored it. Had a web chat they said call some claims line. Called the claims line no reply. An issue not caused by me yet I have to contact numerous departments. Not great customer sevice.

@BTCare The government have allowed companies like BT and @O2 to jack up theri prices but have deprived pensioners like me of the triple lock because we are 'undeserving' even though our bills are going up by more than the triple lock. Can these companies help us?
