One thing I've noticed whilst owning @BTCare broadband is that if you've got something downloading and you use anything else that requires internet - the download speed goes to **** - currently pulling 5.94mbps because I'm watching Netflix

@bt_uk I’ve had fibre internet with yourselves for about 2 weeks now and it’s gone rubbish already, so much so I’m using the data on my phone rather than the Wi-Fi. What’s the con with it. Do I need to cancel and go with someone else?

@LynnekingKing @bt_uk If they can’t provide the service you’ve paid for then they’ve already invalidated the contract.
