    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @bt_uk To be fair I’m not interested in any further token messages of apologies. I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time speaking to countless different people of the problem ! I’d suggest you read case records or as I suspect they are not maintained either

    @bt_uk It would be great if my internet worked, for more than 3 weeks Ive been try to contact you guys without any success. By message, you guys gave me 2 engineer appoitment who did not show up. Well, in a year where nothing worked what could i expected from your service?

    @bt_uk We’ve waited almost 5 weeks and our broadband still hasn’t been connected. WHAT IS GOING ON? We were supposed to receive a phone call yesterday but it never came. Really abysmal service.

    @bt_uk fault with dropping broadband connection. Still not resolved but the fault has been closed and marked as fixed?!! Why? This is the second time this has happened. And a member of your customer service team got in touch and instead of being empathetic she was rude. Very poor

    @bt_uk 3.9% + inflation annual price rise for no additional improvement in service or product. No reward for customer loyalty, in fact precisely the opposite. Can potentially get better services and product from other providers by moving.

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.
