@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk Not very impressed I have now been switched to digital voice and bt shop have stopped selling the cyberpower back up battery for smart hub2. If there is a power cut we loose the landline phone service and can't phone emergency services

@bt_uk your pathetic service is again at play now. We are without btoadband since 22nd Feb and even after logging fault and complaint no resolution do far. Engineers visited couple of times but they expect digging team to do their jobs first no engineer was able to find it.
