@BrowniejBrown @bt_uk @O2 You’re not on your own there. O2 have cut off my elderly 72 year older father in law, who has been a life long O2 customer. No contact to the outside world, or medical assistance which he relies on for medication, deliveries and general health and well being!

@bt_uk what’s happened to your email system? Apps not working or recognising password on iPhone or Mac. Login on browser works but can’t load emails!! This is a big problem when expecting some important emails. Few days now…..

@bt_uk Very bad service from @bt_uk. My 82 yr old friend was left with a disconnected Lifeline and without incoming calls for the past 17 days. BT keep giving me 3 day deadlines to fix it and it just doesn't get done. We don't know who can help. It's disgusting behaviour @bt_uk

@bt_uk Will do, spoken to faults dept and tech dept so far today and engineer due to look but why as an industry will you not listen. There are real issues with the digital voice roll out. Just stop and listen to the users.

@bt_uk My package says it’s complete Wi-Fi and it comes with support? I am trying to connect a Wi-Fi disc. Or shall I just book someone to come out?

@bt_uk Please, the person l spoke to in tech dept said they'd feed it back too. So many people have issues. There are things about it the engineer who came yesterday didn't know, customer facing staff knowledge on it is wrong or low from my experience. And to use it is a mare.

@bt_uk Ongoing issue as unable to change from McAfee to Norton anti virus with BT virus protect. I have spoken to several of your colleagues and am getting nowhere fast. It’s a known issue on the BT forum on your website. Continuously comes up with ‘server error’ please help!

Just about had enough with @bt_uk #broadband. We’ve been without internet since 21 Dec!! And still they can’t organise themselves to get an engineer to fix it @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp. Where are you? When will our internet be fixed?!! #merton
