    @bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

    @teeg4n_ @bt_uk They did this to me a few years ago!! Charging me for broadband we didn't have then passing me about to various departments and never actually dealing with it!! Took ages to get my money back x

    So @bt_uk installed the wifi yest. It wasn’t brilliant, but it worked ok. Then they messed with it, caused a fault & they’ve now said they’ll try & get it up again by XMAS EVE. My wife & I both need to WFH! Already had a complaint going through, so this is just salt in the wound.

    @deancousin Yep! Still haven’t heard from them. It’s so stressful calling them too. @bt_uk have just been all round terrible.

    @bt_uk I have this morning received an email telling me the issue has been resolved which it clearly isn’t. I am on day 7 of again using my own personal data.

    Just tried phoning @bt_uk re a TV issue (caused by them giving me incorrect info). 45 mins & I didn't even get answered. So, despite assurances from 2 of their advisors, I remain without channels. Not huge, relatively, but poor from them.

    @bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help
