@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

Pay a fortune for @bt_uk every month but they can’t fix the internet consistently? Send out a “mini hub” doesn’t work on more than one device... ridiculous.
