@bt_uk Hi BT!! I don't have a bt account but do have a cable from the pole to my property. An engineer was supposed to come to my property on Monday 9th May to re fix and repair. Any advice, have tried customer services, no joy?

@bt_uk 29 Dec no service due to fallen tree. Promised reconnect by Wednesday, then postponed 'til today. Still no landline or internet connection at home; and appears no @OpenreachHelp engineers have visited site today. Next week, now? When? Really not good enough!!!

Good afternoon @OpenreachHelp I’ve been informed by @bt_uk that they waiting on a decision from YOU as to when they can come by and fix my Wifi problem. 3 engineers, cancelled visits, blatant lies. It’s been 3 weeks now. I’m about to blow my top. @WeAreOpenreach

@DreyfusJames @samjjones73 @bt_uk See previous post, we went back to sky. The viewing card on our sky box went on Boxing Day. Phoned them on Boxing Day, couldn't fix but promised that they would post out another. It arrived on the 29th. Great service from them
