@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Just to let everyone know that @bt_uk are a shocking company to deal with… been in contact with them for over 4 months now about internet that is not fit for purpose.. all management are ignoring the fact and no one wants to actually deal with the problem… internet off again😡

@bt_uk Been with BT for around 4 months now and has been great with a concrete 50mbps down speed, but since 4am on the 15th, been pretty much completely down. Seeing others have the same issue. can you please tweet something about this communicating with your customers of issues

Please @bt_uk sort out internet today. @BTSopenreach engineer left TD9 9SZ baffled on Saturday morning promising to sort broken line today. Btw the line came down during 2022 storms & should’ve been repaired back then.
