why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Good morning BT. What is going on, 2 weeks of our business network down, 5 engineers booked and not arrived, no courtesy calls only assurances that our case will be escalated! The only thing escalating is our blood pressure and poor customer service! Buyer beware.

@btbusinesscare I have been in contact for over 7 months and still nobody can help. Plus you won’t provide a deadlock letter due to offering a resolution to our original complaint (but paying charges you promised would not be charged is not a resolution just us doing what you want!)

It's an utter disgrace the amount of money @SkySports & @btsport charge to watch football and they don't even broadcast all of the matches. The Premier League needs it's own streaming service.

@bt_uk Dee (and Lisa) thank you for your response I don't need help with it technically, unless you can put the price back to the original. I just wanted to point out that a contract isn't fair when BT can change terms/prices during one but the customer cannot cancel or change anything
