why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk I cannot tell you how frustrated we are after weeks of trying to settle (ie get you to fix!) our final bill. After it was wrong, yet again, Nicola B promised to wipe all charges on 03/01. We’ve yet to receive a new bill with 0 balance. When will this happen?! What a joke

@bt_uk They can’t and we’ve known this from the 14th of December. You are giving me conflicting information because your phone support just said it’s up to them. You’ve broken many clauses within my contract. I will be cancelling and referring to ofcom/financial ombudsman

@bt_uk @frankevans074 i’ve been through hundreds of these comments and this is the only positive feedback i’ve seen. BT for me was a terrible experience, both for me and my business, didn’t swap to another service out of loyalty, so glad i’m shot of BT now. don’t use BT, it’s consistently rubbish

@JuxtoG @bt_uk Seems as though @bt_uk needs to wake up. Garbage service especially in this example, might want to consider completing tasks you get paid for. At this point I’ve heard countless complaints about this sort of problem with the company, and it seems like a scam more than anything.

@bt_uk Are there any issues with BT Mail running on Outlook for Mobile? It's suddenly stop working & is asking for my password then failing. Outlook and BT mail works OK on webmail, on Outlook for Mac, and also Mailbird on Windows 10. Just fails on my mobile! #BTMail #BTInternet

@JuxtoG @bt_uk I'm pretty sure Spamfish had the exact same issues with BT. Constantly being told there wasn't an issue and then Internet dropping out all the time, this really should be handled better
