why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

@bt_uk It’s now over a month since BT_UK cut off our broadband and TV by mistake. Today I got a mail saying I’d placed an order today (I didn’t but have been complaining for a month) for broadband and phone which would be ready next week - what a useless terrible company - avoid!!!!!!!

@bt_uk No there absolutely no update on their website. I have no landline phone now as with the new hub I believe you plug the the phone into the hub? Would that be reason, or is my phone line now not working? Not a great start this...
