  why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

  @bt_uk Waiting 5 months for internet/tv/phone to be installed! Raised a complaint with the Ombudsman and still haven’t had a reply after 2 weeks! Absolute Joke... never dealt with such a bad company and service!

  @bt_uk Bt superfast broadband: less than 10 meg down, 0.5 up I get when it decides to work. Which it didn't for most of last night, so bad I can't watch youtube on the pc and be on the mobile at the same time, and the likes of Netflix, forget about it!
