Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Please listen to what I’m saying and pass my deep concerns to the people making these stupid decisions.
-
Jenny (@Sherbie001) reported@bt_uk our cordless handset is showing a message ,check landline, we have completed every check online and no problem with landline. We have phoned you and messaged you and just go around in circles with no one to speak to. We just want you to come out. Please help!
-
Simon Conway-Smith (@SConwaySmith) reportedIf @bt_uk/@WeAreOpenreach want to survive, they need their current customer service systems consigning to the scrap heap. They are simply unfit for purpose. Took OVER 1 HOUR to raise a service request online to repair a vandalized external fibre connection, it should have taken 5 minutes, then the wrong address was assigned to the case and an engineer 85 miles away called to say he'd be there in a few minutes 🥴 Give me strength!
-
Schmemm25 (@EmmaHarveyy25) reported@bt_uk BT says no issue on the network yet our mobiles cannot access our home broadband. So frustrating. So much for hi-speed fibre. Time to move supplier
-
Ben Thompson (@BenBonj) reportedIsn’t it funny I had no internet issues until @bt_uk offer me to upgrade my package since then it’s been dogshite. Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
-
Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk Thanks. Honestly, my husband has called at least 10 times. We’ve had multiple openreach visits. Each claiming to have fixed it but haven’t. Latest is tomorrow but I have zero confidence it will fix the issue.
-
Jill (@LavenderFairy79) reported@BTCare can I book a call please? Its regarding a recent service complaint, you didnt uphold your promise and me ending my xontract that ended months ago! You've been charging me twice as much as a new customer for a long time now!
-
natasha (@Miss_Tasha_26) reported@bt_uk I need help and you are telling me to use my app which the issue I’m having as the login isn’t working. I do not have time to call so unless I get help on here I will be cancelling my direct debit with you
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.

chris curtis (@krustykriss) reported@bt_uk my phone line to my house from the telegraph pole has been damaged and is hanging down really low to the ground can you send an engineer to reattach it asap
