why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@bt_uk my bt wifi disc won’t connect properly to my Xbox one and run all my tests on the Xbox so the problem is the disc. It’s connect through an Ethernet cable and has been fine for the last 4 months I’ve had it but for the past week I am constantly having high latency

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp But maybe that's what the updated Lower Feltham poles and hopefully new not smashed up boxes as well would have in them updated signal phone lines with higher volume on the phone so we can hear it on full whack volume and constant internet line signal to our Hub's.
