why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

@btsportfootball @btsport The over confidence from Rio and Scholes was hilarious. 1-0 down at half time and still they could not see anything but a United win. Hilarious television!! Blinkered about how good they’re team really is. All those penalties awarded have given false hope.

@bjblyth @btsport That's reporting the speed available on your phone - not your TV. Install a speed test app on the TV and see what it's capable of. The device checker is reporting if your device is capable of playing the top bitrate - a speed fail just means it wouldn't run at top quality.

@bt_uk I seem to have constant issues with the Fibre broadband, now my BT HUB is showing a solid orange light. I’ve tried everything to make it work, and nothing. For what I pay a month the service is garbage.
