why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Is @bt getting worse or is it just me? Moved house, and asked broadband to be moved to new address. They txt all good your service will be activated on the 2nd. It wasn’t.they said 2 days, called again today 4th they are saying 5 or more business days…#btbroadband @BTCare @bt_uk

@btbusinesscare I’ve tried 3 times today to sort our broadband fault & your team disconnect me. You changed us to digital, removed our critical care (without telling us!), now we have no broadband and no mobile signal. Is this the way you like to treat small businesses?
