why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

Great #customerservice from @bt_uk this week. I ask a call centre employee to transfer me to a manager. Manager refuses to take the call. I log a formal complaint. Just had an email closing my complaint. 'If not happy, call number in box below'...no number given. Unbelievable!!!

@BTCare hi. I have received a letter informing me of the switch to digital voice which I’m happy with. When I upgraded my broadband there was an option to get a handset but I couldn’t as the service wasn’t active. Could I get the free handset now?

@bt_uk - I am really annoyed. Two weeks ago I called to transfer 3 mobiles from EE - I was able to do 2 (iphone 11 and XR) but the 3rd would not go through due to fraud checks or some such nonsense (I have been a BT customer for 10 years). Told to call back in a week or so

@bt_uk Having nothing but grief after placing an order with you last week. From incorrect billing, delays, miscommunication and an accidental cancellation from BT, I'm in one mind to cancel all together and put in a complaint to @OmbudServices. Who can I talk to about this?

@bt_uk It's really funny in UK. Another thing I want to know is if my BT broadband broken one month and hasn’t been fixed. How to solve this problem? I called BT at least 50 times. I don’t know why they cannot fix for me or why it need so many times.#dogsatpollingstations

@MoseMajorMC @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Surely under the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1979 you have given BT a more than reasonable timeframe in which to resolve the issue? I would suggest putting this to them in writing and giving 14 days before the matter is escalated to the Ombudsman Service.

What is going on with @btsport? It's been two weeks now that we've been unable to watch anything on the PS5 @AskPS_UK. Isn't connection issues. I've streamed Netflix, downloaded games, played online all no problem. Getting error code vc019.

@bt_uk So I am currently paying for BT broadband which is so slow that it is useless, BT television which I can’t use because the broadband won’t support it and a BT landline that only works when plugged in upstairs! I am not impressed by this level of service.
