    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @DrFluffster @bt_uk Nothings worked this far dude, they just keep telling me someone will call me with an update. Nobody at BT seems to want to help at all, they’ve ****** this up beyond all belief! They just keep telling me it’s an openreach problem and can’t let me speak to them.

    @alliburkephoto @bt_uk @gigaclear Same, I've had 4-5 engineers around in the past year or so, it's a temporary fix as a few days/weeks later....back to the basic problems while paying £140 a quarterly!!

    @Nicjor15793 @BTGroup @bt_uk It's worth a call anyway. Everything's all set up and currently working OK in the house and I just can't be bothered with any potential hassle setting up a new hub in case there are any issues.

    Our broadband contact is up for renewal and I just can't work out BT's pricing structure? My interpretation is as a customer of almost 4 decades they want to charge me almost twice as much as a new customer? @BTGroup @bt_uk #BT

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

    @bt_uk been without broadband for 6 days now, with little to no communication from you as to when and how our fault might be fixed. Great way to treat students doing online learning during a national lockdown
