    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Help! My elderly father-in-law who has paid his phone bill on time for over 40 years has had his phone line changed so can only receive calls. The phone is his life line… your complaints process is terrible. What can we do?

    @bt_uk The progress is simple. There has been no work for the last week. The issue is outside our property. Other neighbours were connected but not us. I don’t need updates on progress because when there is progress it will be reinstated. Another failed promise of this morning.

    @bt_uk Already done and now having to wait for an engineer.. again!! Last fault was Nov 2020 that took 4 engineers weeks to resolve. Very poor service recently !!!

    When troubleshooting a device that won't connect to the network, why do I never remember that the problem is usually my bloody @bt_uk router that needs to be restarted. Sorted - 30 mins later than it should have been #SwitchItOffAndOnAgain
