    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    Due to @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp giving wrong door number to sky of the new resident two doors down, @SkyUK have disconnected my INTERNET, (was advised by letter, but got it late). NOW can take up to 2 weeks for my family of 6 to have the NET. #bt #sky #london

    @Nichol_5 @btsport @bt_uk Nah I'm on sabbatical but feel sorry for the guys having to deal with issues such as this. so as for the final 10 days... A final bill will be produced that will credit back any excess days at that were billed beyond the point of cancellation.

    @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach my fibre was supposed to be installed in 19th Oct. Just had a call to say 'I'm sorry, but we have no news'. Bizarre. Now you've sent a txt telling me you are going to call to see 'if there is anything you can help with'. Yes. what about installing my bband?

    @bt_uk any word on sorting out our internet? You cancelled the engineer and then altered the order to say their visit was completed, but thankfully we have evidence. Probably some of the worst service we've ever had within the last week.

    BT are genuinely the most difficult company to get in touch with. Have to phone them to get them to text you and then leave you hanging and guessing what’s next. Just fix my broadband @bt_uk
