    @bt_uk Had a phone message saying an email account is to be discontinued. You changed the password a while back and I could never get it to work properly. Your support people weren’t interested.

    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Hell @bt_uk is anyone actually going to call me today - after you said someone would at 5pm yesterday and by bedtime no one had? Complete fiasco , all I wanted to do was to upgrade to watch @grandprixdotcom and now everything has been cancelled?! Poor communication on your part!

    Internet disconnecting every 5-10 mins since Thursday. Engineer hasn’t come out today, no cancellation text or call. Was given a compensation from @bt_uk for loss of service but no engineer til Wednesday and our entire street is having issues.

    @bt_uk 2 hours to answer the phone, to be told you aren’t connecting our wifi and that you can’t tell us when it will. Oh and you won’t give us another minihub to allow us to work from home. Useless! Terrible customer service!

    It would also be good if @bt_uk offered a dirt cheap, slow but fine connection for the over 70s. Enough for them to send an email or download an audiobook. Maybe they do, but I'm unaware of it. 10Mbps cap. Fiver a month. Pensioners only.

    perhaps if @bt_uk didn't subject its customers to really **** pop music on hold they could reduce the £70 they're ripping me off by a month (currently questioning why I don't cut my bill by 50% and move to @skytv ) given my broadband has already gone down 3 times this morning

    @bt_uk I have had no broadband in E17 since Thursday 28th July. BT have done nothing but make up appointments and dates. Your service has been absolutely appalling.

    Having the worst time with @bt_uk promise after promise and still in a nightmare! Was advised to create a new account as home move on old account wouldn’t compete. Did that, eventually got set up a month later and now old account remains active despite hrs on the phone.

    @bt_uk absolutely disgusting customer service offered by BT on hold for over an hour to be told we are putting you straight through to the loyalty team so you will not have wait that was 20 minutes ago.....
