    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    Astonishingly bad customer service by @bt_uk. Booked home move 4 internet in advance for today. Engineer turns up and can’t do it, so says someone else will come back later. Then the appt cancelled. No option to reschedule online. On hold for 40 mins and still no answer. 🙄

    @EveryCountry @bt_uk They’re awful - so glad I left & don’t have to deal with them with regards to internet (we’re now cable). Dreading moving to a place where they’re the only option.
