    why is my @bt_uk infinity soooo bad. pay like £50+ each month and can’t even hold a stable connection. constantly drops or my phone says I’ve entered the wrong WiFi password when I clearly haven’t, having to use mobile data constantly.

    @virginmedia The second Sky/BT upgrade the fibre in my area I’m off. Your broadband is the worst I’ve ever had. Always disconnecting and just crap! I would imagine most people feel the same way. #skybroadband #bt_uk

    Hello @bt_uk would it be possible to train your engineers to be more aware of birds nesting in roofs when they do work please? You replaced a wire at our neighbour’s house and now swifts are having trouble getting to their nesthole as the new wire blocks the way to it. Thanks
