    Let me get this straight @bt_uk… you increased the price of my broadband (just that, no extras) by almost a *75%* (Seventy five percent)? Is that your rate of inflation? Are your customer reps at lowest pay point getting a 75% increase? You find that reasonable @Ofcom ? #ripoff

    @btsport your Smart TV app is terrible. Can’t go 5 mins without buffering. No other apps have this problem so it’s not the internet or connection, just your crap app.

    @bt_uk Just been told by your support I have to wait until Thursday for an engineer to come and fix an issue causing to go down completely that YOU caused. Not a great look for the most expensive BB supplier in the UK...😡

    @bt_uk Broadband down for 10h now on the whole road. How can I get some actual help rather than the generic: Sorry for the inconvenience we will fix it at some point in the next 2 days. I have to work from home, this is not good enough.

    @bt_uk you’re team have cut my Wi-Fi off and transferred to utility warehouse and have had the tenacity to tell me we have to wait until the 18th May to have it reinstated - despite never telling you to cut it off.
