Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wedmore and nearby locations:

  • Baz1050 Sam (@Baz1050) reported from Cheddar, England

Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

  • WayneHadley Wayne Hadley (@WayneHadley) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@SkyCricket @BeefyBotham @David215Gower Beefy wants to travel the world promoting his @BothamWines and btw it's something very special 🍷but to call it a day with @David215Gower is a terrible decision. No doubt we will see him on @btsport or @primevideosport

  • tomosgsxr John Ennis (@tomosgsxr) reported from Bridgwater, England

@motomatters IMO pay tv loses spontaneous viewers who then turn into fans who in turn go to tracks. @btsport needs to encourage people to watch the bikes, I suggest a MotoGP only tariff for starters, and perhaps dropping the £35 parking charge at the circuit might help.

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

  • mikegarner Mike Garner (@mikegarner) reported from Bridgwater, England

@BTCare Yeah, I really appreciate talking to someone in customer care forgetting to turn the mic off before complaining why I was coming through to him with “shit like that”.

  • wils82 jamie wilson (@wils82) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

    @bt_uk To cancel my broadband

  • starr3126 Gareth Starr (@starr3126) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

@bt_uk Tbh where they put it isn’t causing me a problem so didn’t pursue it. Thanks for your reply.

  • TG2021KPJG TG2021 (@TG2021KPJG) reported

@martynziegler So @amazon will put there prices up, @btsport will keep there prices the same! Customer paying more bloody money to watch football….

@bt_uk Is there a phone number where I could speak to a human direct, to help sort this out?

  • MilkmanSam_ Milkman (@MilkmanSam_) reported

@bt_uk Someone sort the problem out then, it's doing my nut in

  • KasiaHutka Kasia Hutka (@KasiaHutka) reported

Is there an issue with bt broadband in East Manchester @bt_uk ?

  • markdunbavan Mark Dunbavan (@markdunbavan) reported

I think it is safe to say that @bt_uk are one of the worst internet service providers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have failed at every single point in the process of changing addresses and providing a service. I think they need more regulation @Ofcom

  • markdunbavan Mark Dunbavan (@markdunbavan) reported

@bt_uk But my point is they aren’t ‘dealing’ with it because if they were I would not be publicly shaming BT? Does that make sense? I have had it with the constant lack of competence from anyone within BT. It’s like no one wants to help.

  • KashanKhan Kashan Khan (@KashanKhan) reported

@virginmedia I'm trying to upgrade my account package with you, but you won't let me log into MyVirginMedia and you won't let me reset my password. If you are turning away a loyal customer of 20 years and my money then I'm happy to go elsewhere and join @bt_uk

  • madboxcod MadBox (@madboxcod) reported

@bt_uk £50 a month for fibre internet and it goes down like 7 times a week, you guys are ***************
