@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

Gave out wrong customer service numbers in emails and all sorts. Surely it’s illegal to do that. If the shoe was on the other foot and I owed them….
