  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

So, after a week of no Internet, unreturned calls, promises of service resumption that have come to nothing, @bt_uk 's promise to send an engineer to me today between 1pm and 6pm has, probably rather predictably, been broken. No engineer. Still no service. I'm beyond frustrated.

  • nath_ball Nathan (@nath_ball) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk @NOWTVSport trying to watch liverpool, only thing streaming in the house. The resolution is so bad. I would be better off paying someone to draw me an artists impression of what is going on every ten minutes. Can you sort my speed out it has been 1mb or so the whole year

  • moomatahico Moomat (@moomatahico) reported from Bristol, England

Hey @bt_uk when do I get a refund from my abominable internet? It's been terrible for six months. I think you should give me the service I've paid for, or compensation.

  • Kaththomasset Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England

.@bt_uk not impressed that we’ve been without broadband for 4.5 days now - our timeline has said since Thurs that problem should be corrected by today, but no update and massive phone queues - what’s going on?

  • melodiouscode melodiouscode (@melodiouscode) reported from Bristol, England

Does anyone know if the "hub" provided by @bt_uk for their 900mb broadband can be put in modem mode so it can work with custom network equipment (in my case a unifi security gateway). I don't want their WiFi, etc: my gear is better!

  • Mikey___Smith Mike (@Mikey___Smith) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk hey BT, I need to make a complaint, your online chat guys don't seem to comprehend the issue I'm having

  • Mayabirch1 Maya Birch (@Mayabirch1) reported from Street, England

Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

I mean, I know all about utter incompetence, I spent 25 years on the railway where we managed to run a service despite incompetent management. But @bt_uk have taken it to a new level. So @westcountrybird , clinically vulnerable in these strange times, will have to continue going

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

The latest in the ongoing, and frankly unbelievable saga, between myself and @bt_uk sees them keep me on hold before simply cutting me off. Weve had over a week of no Internet, unfulfilled promises of return calls, unfulfilled promises of service restoration, and an approach to

  • nickylclark Nicky Clark 💙 (@nickylclark) reported from Burtle, England

@bt_uk As I have 3 hubs as well as my modem... and still have problems .... please can I have £100?

  • Kaththomasset Katherine Thomasset (@Kaththomasset) reported from Bristol, England

.@bt_uk still without internet after a week, and no sign of the engineer who was supposed to be with us between 1 and 6 today. We received a message saying the problem was fixed but it definitely isn’t!

  • BigBernie4 Greg (Big Bernie) 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BigBernie4) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk our Internet, and thus our TV and streaming services, have been off for a week. Original fix date was yesterday, later amended to today. During a phone call to you 5 hours ago, I was promised a call by your "Jeopardy" team. My partner is clinically vulnerable and needs to

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We were supposed to have an engineer visit on the 18 Dec 2020 and that never happened. I asked BT to arrange an engineer last week and they said no need.

  • alexjturco Alex Turco |🇬🇧🇨🇾🇮🇪 (@alexjturco) reported from Burnham-on-Sea, England

@btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

  • baldyrunner Baldy Pete (@baldyrunner) reported from Bristol, England

Watching @TheVanaramaNL highlights on #btsport I'd forgotten how bad the camerawork is...

  • pipa217 Karina Quinteros (@pipa217) reported from Bristol, England

@rowen_grey @bt_uk Having the same problem

  • TeamPenster SamuEL Penster Gaming in the Multiverse (@TeamPenster) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk The only options are sign in and then change account settings... ?

  • JHolmesEsq Jonathan Holmes (@JHolmesEsq) reported from Bristol, England

@bt_uk I’ve found an old router in my house - can I send it back to you for recycling if I’m not a BT customer?

  • starr3126 Gareth Starr (@starr3126) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

  • jocra14 John Crabtree (@jocra14) reported from Clevedon, England

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated

@shomac28 @bt_uk Funny that. Just took out a new contract with them. And lo and behold its going up £8 a month and its not started yet. Paid 2 years for TV that I never used. Sherman tanks

  • Har84587860Paul Paul Harris (@Har84587860Paul) reported

Cancelled my renewal with @Plusnet yesterday they were not very happy about it, so today I find they have cut my internet off ahead of the contract end date 5 Apr. Not the nice yorkshire chaps any more eh! They are owned by @bt_uk wonder how they treat customers!

  • wilb1986 william brown (@wilb1986) reported

@bt_uk No point. It’s fine now. Later on it will be poor though. Ever since I have moved my connection has been rubbish. Even had fibre line installed and still not solved my problem. Can’t even get a tenth of the speed I should sat in same room as my hub. Something a miss

  • angiegatfield Angela Gatfield (@angiegatfield) reported

@bt_uk 8 hours later still waiting for BT to call us back...all I can advise folk to do is avoid them at all costs. I'll be happy to explain to the good folk on twitter exactly why they should avoid this company. Big up to BT for closing a complaint without speaking to us!

  • alickie66 alickie (@alickie66) reported

@dexgrigg_ @bt_uk Taken double the amount of money they should have for a service they haven't provided me yet. Don't hold your breath for a resolution

  • Peds_ap_Harri Peds 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺 (@Peds_ap_Harri) reported

@bt_uk If connection being SLOW means I don’t get access…what’s the difference between that and NO access!? If the outcome is the same…!? Does this mean I can ‘slow’ my direct debut payments? Say 50p a month…yes!?

  • grassrootsbrit DEFENDER (@grassrootsbrit) reported

@SkyNews Shut the programme down, it's crap now anyway compared to BTSport & Sky , old men trying to stay relevant in football

  • imatteruk2 John smith (@imatteruk2) reported

@SkySportsNews And it'll probably be the best show they've done in years. Lineker was terrible anyway. Time @btsport get rid of him too!!

  • shomac28 Sho (@shomac28) reported

@iamkathendo @bt_uk I have a better signal. Worst customer service

  • greagsy Iain McGregor 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇪🇺 (@greagsy) reported

@mph28mph @carolvorders @GaryLineker Gary Lineker didn’t have a contract with the BBC, he was a freelancer presenter hence why he could work with BTsport for tge European Games, so he never really broke his contract , this was down to Richard Sharp being ordered by his bosses in Downing Street.
