@bt_uk I find since we've had BT Internet it's very poor. Had it installed as Sky didn't do fibre in our area. Trouble with initial installation, which was eventually fixed. WiFi drops out daily, lags when the boys play the xbox or if I'm streaming via the PlayStation. #poor

@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk It was until last weekend but now it’s flashing. I’m told the issue is that Openreach have the wrong s/n attached to the property and Bt give them the correct one but it doesn’t get updated

@bt_uk I recently moved and went with BT as a sturdy option in a village where I had no mobile signal & needed a 'static line' Now I've been "upgraded" to digital with 2 week warning & my phone (analogue) stopped working. What are you going to do with people who don't have internet?
