Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk I've a new hub, maybe 3mths old working all three lights blue,no flashing.And yet i have to reconnect to Wifi every 10-20 SECONDS! Even when sat next to it. I've tried resetting it,same issue. I've used all my phone data,and am paying for a service that doesn't work🤬

@DreyfusJames @bt_uk Yes I know this. Had a BT manager arguing with me and calling me ‘darlin’ with respect to our four week comms blackout last year, us and six other houses. They were rude, lied and their arguments idiotic. Their infrastructure needs and overhaul , but hey shareholders come first!

@bt_uk @yavannauk Hi Mat. I have sent 3 DMs this evening. Your colleague assured me someone would be happy to help if I "still" experienced problems once the new hub was connected. Given the fault is on the line outside my home, I am indeed still experiencing problems!
