    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @BTCare we have very poor speed on our wifi and have for a couple of weeks. Tried to logon to BT app but have not recieved PIN yet!! 01761438787

    @VinylYesPlease @bt_uk I had two yesterday. Same thing saying Amazon Prime. I need to get me a whistle or something loud to play down their earpiece then they might stop calling.

    @bt_uk I've rung the customer care.. who have tried to be helpful but no decent speeds at all ... its like 1970s dial up speed in a very populated area... you obviously can't guarantee anything so I'll be cancelling with you as I've suffered long enough

    @bt_uk are a treat. 45 mins on hold yesterday with no answer and another 35 today, still no answer. 2 hours last week aswell to place an order for Fibre. Companies are milking Covid for every little drop they can

    @That_Girl_ATCO @AmazonHelp Was getting five or six a day. I've unplugged my landline now and aside from friendly advice, @BT_UK aren't a lot of help. Given the added misery of their broadband speed, I can see a future without BT soon...

    @OpenreachHelp BT help @bt_uk telling me that the fact that we are still waiting (since 5feb) for our replacement line to the house to be connected is with you. This is to rectify for a fault reported on 7Jan I think we can say it’s a long wait with still no fix date

    @VinylYesPlease @bt_uk All I get is scam phone calls on my @bt_uk landline. If it wasn’t for the fact you have to have it as part of the whole package I wouldn’t bother. They’ve been no help in helping me block scam calls. The problem I have is they gave me Mr Whitaker’s recycled phone number.

    Hey @bt_uk - why does your cloud phone service allow British companies zero access to call overseas numbers and why are we permitted to select just 5 countries that you can whitelist? If you’re a business DO NOT CHOOSE BT CLOUDPHONE.
