Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk apps are not working on my box. I’ve checked the Ethernet connection with other devices and the internet connection is fine. YMV104 is the error code shown, I have followed steps and nothing?

@bt_uk @bt_uk = bloody terrible service. 1) don’t call you back when they confirmed by text they will. 2) never received a bill in the 3 months I’ve been a customer. 3) wasted over seven hours waiting & talking Over the phone & plenty other problems. BLOODY TRASH SERVICE. Up yours☝🏾
