I tried last night to get TV all sports package on to my existing broadband package for £1 for the first 3 months and wouldn’t allow me to do it even after multiple failed attempts. It is hard to believe that BT can’t fix it in more than two weeks. My work and family life ruined. BT has pushed me to move out - I have no choice.

You wanted £842.95 for extra construction charges followed by £1733.14 for the same. Just been told you need to cancel the order and start again. Do you treat all customers so badly?
