Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

  • jamesburfield
James Burfield (@jamesburfield) reported from Midsomer Norton, England

@conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

@bt_uk worth pointing they gained nothing by this 'upgrade'. Previous contract was 30mb, new contract states max speed 30mb. I also note new customer deals who are have passed there tie in period are paying 45 a month or there abouts after month 24. Not right to be fleecing pensioners.

    Algar Goredema-Braid (@AILAHT0909) reported

Now being told by @bt_uk they are having problems speaking to an #Openreach engineer and the system for booking to fix my #BTbroadband is stuck. Unable to escalate so no choice but to wait.

    Annabel Beeforth (@AnnabelBeeforth) reported

@groveshall Hopeless. Egton village is now 11 days without broadband due to a fallen tree - including the school & businesses like my own. We've been promised two fix dates that have passed. Phone calls last 70mins+. Twitter easier. Message @bt_uk, they usually DM pretty quickly.

  • LorenzDobuch
    Katarzyna Lorenz-Dobuch (@LorenzDobuch) reported

@btbusinesscare Hello maybe you can help me with not working landline from 22.10, today I spend 40min to hear sorry someone will call you in 10min and guess nobody call. Is hard to get any information from you guys, if this is a good care about your client I’m really disappointed

  • JillBaron
    Jill Baron (@JillBaron) reported

@bt_uk Following on from the promise of our line problems being sorted out today, (Tuesday), no sign of anyone from Openreach & it’s dark now. It’s been 18 days now with nothing happening plus umpteen promises of reconnection!

  • AndyHails
    Andy Hails 👨‍💻 (@AndyHails) reported

@bt_uk Actually, this is still a problem. Joining a VPN doesn't provide me with internal DNS -> still can't connect to sites I could before.

  • kateblythart
    kate (@kateblythart) reported

@bt_uk utter rubbish - my parents are in their 70's and have had no internet since the 21st Oct. BT can neither tell us what the issue is or when it will be fixed. They work full-time online from home and rely on the internet to keep their jobs. Terrible service

  • EdEddy477
    eddy477 (@EdEddy477) reported

@bt_uk Hi Paul, unfortunately I have tried that twice and they refuse to help as they were signed up to a new contract in feb for 2 years! Signed up to halo3 from fibre 1. I dont believe they were aware of what they were being sold and hence agreed to whatever was suggested to them.
