Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

Just to let everyone know that @bt_uk are a shocking company to deal with… been in contact with them for over 4 months now about internet that is not fit for purpose.. all management are ignoring the fact and no one wants to actually deal with the problem… internet off again😡

15 years with @bt_uk to be trated in a very poor way. Moving houses and they can only freeze my account for 2 months. Do they know how long does it take to move house? £550 to terminate a contract that has already been offered to the new owners? Never again!

@bt_uk I been a customer for so many years, I nvr got a such a fabulous service from any of the companies. The credit goes to one of your colleagues. I would recommend BT only if every CSR are like him cos it’s so much stress free.
