    @BTCare we have very poor speed on our wifi and have for a couple of weeks. Tried to logon to BT app but have not recieved PIN yet!! 01761438787

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @bt_uk So here we go again, 3 days with no service, supposed to be called back everyday, no call, 3 hours on phone on Thursday and no one has a clue what's happening. 2nd time this year. Tried calling today, got cut off after 45 minutes as your lines close at 8pm

    @bt_uk Yes someone called at 4pm to say they don’t know why the repair hadn’t been done today as planned and he would call back Monday when he knew what was going on. In the meantime they still have no services and only patchy at best mobile signal. It’s really not good enough!

    @bt_uk Actually maybe you can help me. I was plug-in the smart hub two to get everything set for Monday and I noticed the smart hub can’t find the openreach hub - it keeps flashing purple.

    @lapa182 @bt_uk That’s normal. Flashing purple is normal if there is no signal coming in. It should go blue when it goes live.

    @bt_uk Yes but they were'nt able to help. I've had to call multiple times and now I won't have broadband till Jan because of mistake on your end

    @btsport #DavidGinola Just watched #JeanMarcBosman documentary. Again a great watch from #BTSportFilms . So sad that a footballer who created a pathway & better life 4 future players has been left neglected and a broken man. Surely some recognition is warranted by them.
