    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @BTCare we have very poor speed on our wifi and have for a couple of weeks. Tried to logon to BT app but have not recieved PIN yet!! 01761438787

    Thankyou @bt_uk we've been with you again not even two weeks, and the internet has cut out completely. Meaning I cannot do my job. And no resolution in sight?!!

    Hey @bt_uk I’ve been on the phone since 8:03am (5hrs 9mins) and not one person can help me. I’ve been promised 3 callback that never happened. You cut my services off for no reason and I’ve lost 5 hours work! Your values are “committed to excellent customer service” I’m disgusted

    @bt_uk Yes, thanks Catherine. Kevin/Ian both v helpful. They've told me @OpenreachHelp need to update their records to show that I have a box that I've received service to for 3 years. Perplexed as to why it takes from now till Monday to update a record for an escalation, though!

    @bt_uk why do all your broadband service status checkers, troubleshooting and fault reporting pages require the customer to enter their BT phone number when you sell broadband without a phoneline... i.e. you cannot log a fault or check status. Really poor.

    @Glen_WHU64 @talkSPORT I know. coverage on btsport is ok. but when you need to listen and cant watch. talksport coverage is awful. it should just be with tms. no finances involved. tms is a national institution.

    BT update. The lines live but still got issues. Will be moving to another provider asap. Dealing with @bt_uk is a nightmare!

    Do love it when @bt_uk leave u without interent for 2 weeks then on the day they are ment to fix the simplest problem they say its gonna be another week minimum, ive played a ******* season on 4g 🤡🤡

    @bt_uk Yes they said the new customer deals aren't available to me , so I'm speaking to sky which is a shame
