Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk I've activated discovery through BT and I can login and use discovery app so it's worked but whenever I try watch the live discovery channel on bttv it tells me I need to change my package?

This is ridiculous. I've been waiting for 150+ days for @bt_uk to upgrade broadband with the help of @OpenreachHelp. I was assured yesterday morning that it would happen on or before next Wednesday,12/1/23. Had a text last night further delaying until 3/2/23.

@bt_uk After already spending an hour on the phone to someone not really feeling it. The source of the problem is Openreach saying external works are not done. Trust me they are. I can send pictures.

@bt_uk OK thanks but the suggestion in the pop-up is that there's a discount for people without broadband and the person couldn't help with that. Where can I get more information please?

@KentsFarmCottag @bt_uk Snapped cables are just made safe, you are supposed to report your loss of service to your provider so it can be repaired and tested. Who broke it in the first place?
