    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @conwayMX @btsportufc @UFCEurope @ufc If I have to pay £19.95 a fight, then I’ll just pay box office and VPN with fightpass and cancel BT. Saves me £70 a month @btsport

    @bt_uk our wifi is so slow recently. We are on a fibre connection. 01761438787 cant login to BT app as PIN has not arrived by text

    @bt_uk Does that excuse being spoken to like an idiot? When someone simply cannot read a message and respond appropriately? I do find it hard to believe that @bt_uk whichever dept don’t have email addresses shared across the departments, even if you don’t deal with the btwifi yourselves

    @virginmedia Based on the customer service we have received they can only exceed my expectations. In fact @skytv and @bt_uk couldn't have been more helpful, informative and friendly. Thank you for your time

    @btbusinesscare I had a line damaged. Someone came out the next day to do a temp repair and said a Perm fix would happen soon. The line got damaged again as they were left on the road side. I rang up on Saturday and was told a team would do repairs Tuesday. No show. Then told today. No show.

    @bt_uk still nothing from Vicki...yet lots if texts, calls and harassment from @OpenreachHelp who even called me just after 8am today...i have tokd them they csn not help repeatedly, yet they just keep ignoring me and phoning.

    @bt_uk This is the crux of the problem. @OpenreachHelp have cut me off because of their failings, so it’s them I need to speak to as BT’s bizarre resolution is to start from fresh rather than simply tell #openreach to sort it out

    @bt_uk never use bt they are nothing but a nightmare they sent a text saying they were coming today by 1pm then sent a text saying they are coming on Monday now, I’m glad I waited in… I can’t wait to leave

    @bt_uk From a landline…not everyone has landlines or access to a pay phone or ability to get to a pay phone!! #discrimination So it does cost a lot of people to resolve a problem caused from @bt_uk BTWIFI should simply put their email address on the site!! #poorcommunication

    @bt_uk Many companies have separate depts, yet have internal contacts…maybe @bt_uk need to change, so they can provide info. In private messages, it certainly wasn’t helpful! It shouldn’t cost the customer to resolve. I was given 3 wrong emails before I found the correct email!

    @bt_uk I know what the tech team member said okay? And my phone line is not affecting the broadband 🙄 A BT engineer came out to my home, he checked the phone line, broadband connection and the router. The slow download speed was caused by a faulty router. The new one is even slower
