    Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

    @bt_uk Thanks. Honestly, my husband has called at least 10 times. We’ve had multiple openreach visits. Each claiming to have fixed it but haven’t. Latest is tomorrow but I have zero confidence it will fix the issue.

    @BTCare @bt_uk #openreach What ever you are doing in Guildford GU4 areas, stop ******* around or fix it! Full fibre HBB has been **** all day! Constant disconnects and reconnects! It's simply not good enough!

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @btbusinesscare please cancel my order as you seem incapable of delivering a service and can’t even manage to transfer me to a supervisor to escalate my complaint when you change my installation yet again - that’s almost 4 weeks waiting now 🙁

    @bt_uk Hi, we seem to have a connection issue. We have broadband/wifi but some of our devices like the TV are unable to connect. I have used the service checker and it says there is an issue. What do I do next please?
