DomusHolmesPropertyFinder (@DomusHolmes) reported@bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!
-
Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
-
gary tordoff (@chinleyman) reported@bt_uk no internet AGAIN what is going on. Its nearly every day now, what are we paying for. Costing me to use my mobile data (Tesco) at least I can rely on that. How do I claim for the data I’m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service I’m paying for?
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk My mother is 93 years old and landline is her only means of communication and it is not working . How can I arrange for this to be addressed ?
-
Tablet Science (@TabletScience) reported@bt_uk I can't get access to my btinternet email account and there is absolutely no way to contact BT. Every way they give to contact them doesn't work. Can't phone, can't text, can't email. How can I force BT to pay attention? Offer to buy something from them?
-
Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported@bt_uk you made my 84yr old parents wait 2wks for an engineer to install WiFi & when he came he told them he couldn’t help & they needed super fast broadband & left. Over the phone you then said ‘there’s none in your area, what a mess we’ve made’ & now it’s another 2wks to wait.
-
Danyal Mustafa (@DanyalMustafa) reportedAt least 6 major Internet outages in under 2 weeks. Appalling treatment by your "support staff". I'd like a complaint sent to the CEO Allison Kirkby please. @btbusinesscare
-
Simon Mitchell (@SimonMitch1956) reported@bt_uk @herbie963 Call them and chat online is a joke. I put a complaint in and they’ve just dismissed it out of hand and closed the case without even talking to me !
-
NFTupperware (@TupperwareNFT) reported@mongrelcelt @bt_uk Don't call them, the slimy bastards will deny anything said on the phone. Raise an official complaint in writing. Send to their executive office for escalation. This is the exact reason I no longer have a bb contract. Had issues with 2 many providers. Now use pp SIM in 5g router
-
Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).
