Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @btsport I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.

@bt_uk Signed up on Monday with agreed activation date of Friday, got a text yesterday to say that's pushed back to 27th Oct - really not impressed! 3 weeks delay is ridiculous and I'm ready to Cancel unless this gets sorted! I'll go with a competitor who honours their agreement!

@corinne_loris @bt_uk Sounds very similar to me, they said i hadn't ordered broadband which I did, then it was well we can't do it now for weeks, so I just left and never been back in and never well! Money focused not customer focused!

So @TalkTalk are a bunch of liars. Despite telling me they had cancelled my contract with @bt_uk TWICE, BT say they have received NOTHING from them. I refuse to pay BT just over £127 for a service I have not been using.
