Whereas New customers got great deals ?!

Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.
