@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

@bt_uk Hey BT, been having issues speed issues recently with upload speeds nearly over 3x ~worse~ than what's been guaranteed. To add salt to the wound, we've just called your customer support team and after holding on the phone – was hung up on instantly. Pretty poor form.

I need broadband, @bt_uk you say yes, will sort in 3-5 working days, I can’t get it from anyone else as you won’t allow it on a new property, over two weeks later not even a call back? Can’t move in as have a vulnerable relative 🙄any help?

SO bored of dealing with @btbusinesscare .. honestly, if you want a decent service ... avoid this lot!!! 4 months and still not resolved an issue caused by themselves. It's truly pathetic.
