@bt_uk Hi Paula thanks for responding, my domestic broadband issues are now resolved but the journey to get them resolved was way too difficult. Basically I think you are too big and too silo'd meaning that good staff aren't able to help customers, a shame.

@bt_uk Why are openreach so difficult to get hold of? We are in a new build. Every house on our road is connected, except for ours. I've been pushed back and forth. Just need an engineer to turn our connection on... Pls help
