@bt_uk I’ve been waiting for BT/Openreach to connect my Full fibre for 4 months. Today they sent another engineer to do work on my house that was done on 14th October, he unsurprisingly said there was nothing he could do and passed the problem on. Don’t use BT if you have a choice!!!

@bt_uk The problem isn’t you seeing what i have or haven’t got,the problem is the fact that your annual price hike raised my bill from £59 to £75 pm,thats almost a 25% rise in one go
