    Dear @bt_uk my father, who lives alone, in his 80’s, in an isolated rural community has been without a phone for 10days. Despite five calls from me we are no closer to solving this. The first engineer who visited described exactly where the problem is. As did the second. 1/2

    @bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

    Has anyone else had success with @bt_uk mini hub - sent as an emergency to provide Wi-fi after our engineer was cancelled ( we werent advised) ,the mini hub supposed to arrive yesterday was sent to our old address (!) and this one doesn’t work? #customerservicefail #BT #facepalm

    @bt_uk Morning. Been trying to sort out my broadband package but was cut off 3 times while going through the automated system (as soon as I select broadband queries)! Info and offers obvs inadequate online. I have to do this every year. How do I get to customer service?! Thx.

    @btsportmotogp very sad it’s the last weekend but one thing I will NOT miss is the tediously awful repetitive advertising on @btsport it’s just dross
