@bt_uk the internet's down and won't be repaired until Wednesday at the latest.. does that mean we'll have to go old school and talk to each other. Kids won't be happy... No Fortnite no youtube no Google assistant no Netflix no WiFi lighting. Forced tech detox. Might read a book

Happy to report that the @BTCare engineers working down our road for about 50 years now remain on form. Have cut broadband to half the area and gone home for tea. 👏 Second time in 6 weeks. Happily it's not like anyone is wfh or anything. OH WAIT.

@defiaye @bt_uk My mum had problems with her BT broadband. They fobbed her off for a week so I went to hers with my laptop to run tests and rule out her equipment, called them, explained I'd tested everything in the home and it was at their end. They fixed it within 24hrs.

@bt_uk explain how you’re not going to come on time to fix the internet and then arrive but only use the doorbell that requires internet … that’s clearly not going to work because that’s what you’ve come to fix??

@bt_uk Hi customer support I just got delivery of my bt smarthub 2 and trying to set up..i have connected the red ethernet cable to the WAN but the other end is not fitting into to my socket? Dont know if the socket is the right port

@bt_uk I've had such a bad experience, with bt. Regarding my orders and aerials and a lady on the phone refusing to give me the head office complaints number. Shambles of a company. I've been with bt for 9 months and 9 months of hell. I will be taking this further

@bt_uk From the engineer not arriving on time, to no contact being made despite the lateness and then a reschedule being available 2 days later I find is quite unacceptable and would like to see a better service done by yourselves.

@bt_uk honestly my fault hasnt been fixed again but youve switched off all my mini hub and data because according to you its fixed i cant connact bt because your having a day off for key workers ive never stopped working through this but i still have to work you need to call asap
